The Math Enthusiasts Organization proudly recognizes Jessa Mae L. Palapar, a 4th Year Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics student from Casiongan, Calubian, Leyte, as the Student Model of the Year 2026.

This prestigious recognition was conferred during MATHAGUMPAY 2026: Honoring Our Graduating Math Enthusiasts, Celebrating Achievements, and Welcoming New Leaders, held on May 19, 2026, at the BiPSU Hyflex Audio-Visual Center.

This recognition celebrates a student whose character, humility, authenticity, and positive influence have left a meaningful mark on her classmates and the Math Enthusiasts community. Chosen through the trust, admiration, and recognition of her peers, Jessa exemplifies the values of integrity, compassion, resilience, and genuine leadership.

When asked what this recognition means to her, Jessa shared that being chosen as Student Model of the Year is both an honor and a humbling experience. To her fellow Math Enthusiasts and younger students, she leaves this heartfelt message:
