The Junior Business Executive Circle (JBEC) participated in the Global Leadership Lecture on April 23, featuring Mr. Aashish Bhatia, an experienced engineer and leader in the automotive industry.

The seminar led by Ms. Chiejheaca Jehanna Yu, Director of the International Affairs Office, was held at the Hylfex Audio Visual Center (HAVC). It was attended by the Dean, the Chairperson, faculty members, and student leaders from the School of Arts and Sciences, providing an opportunity to learn about leadership, industry practices, and real-world experiences.

During the session, Mr. Bhatia shared insights on problem-solving, and the transition from technical roles to executive positions. He also emphasized the importance of skills and experiences that are not always taught in the classroom but are learned through real-world situations.

The JBEC expressed our deep honor to be part of the lecture and to hear such an insightful talk, which the student leaders and the student itselfs can apply in real-world settings as business students and leaders.
