Hi everyone! Huge thanks to all who came along on our recent Hike for Don in Nasugbu, Batangas. Big shoutout to the Prestosa Family (Harry, Juliet, and Harriette), Lagarde Family (Karl Jairu Lagarde, Angeljoy, Sarah), Verbo sisters (Faye and Eya), and Kristine Estenilo for joining us.
Our adventure started at 4 am, but we hit a small problem with our vehicle near Mt. Lantik. So, we began walking earlier than planned.
We got closer to the Lantik summit just as the sun was rising. We snapped some cool photos and made it to the top within half an hour.
We stayed longer than we thought because there were lots of other people around. Then we headed down and started climbing Mt. Talamitam. We reached the top in less than an hour.
We spent a while taking pictures at the Talamitam summit and said a prayer for Don and his family. It took us another 30 to 45 minutes to get back down.
We made it back to where we started by 10:30 am and decided to visit Mahogany in Tagaytay before lunch. We had a great time there for about an hour.
Everyone stayed safe and had a blast! Thanks again for your prayers and donations – they mean a lot to our family!
