09 June 2026II ANNUAL PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST 2026

IN PHOTOS | Under the leadership of FCSUPT ROY RODERICK P AGUTO, DSC, Regional Director of the Bureau of Fire Protection Region 4A; FSSUPT ANNALEE G CARBAJAL-ATIENZA, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of Batangas Province; and under the direct supervision of FSINSP CHRISTIAN LEO O CAMO, MDRM, Municipal Fire Marshal, the personnel of this station successfully carried out a Physical Fitness Test (PFT) as part of their ongoing operational readiness and wellness program. The activity was aimed at evaluating the physical condition and endurance of each firefighter to ensure their capability to perform duties efficiently, especially during emergency operations.

The PFT consisted of a series of standardized exercises that assessed strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and overall physical health. These included running, push-ups, sit-ups, and other performance-based drills, all conducted in accordance with the Bureau of Fire Protection’s official guidelines.
