Through the effort and dedication of our speakersโwho generously shared not only their knowledge and expertise, but also their time, experiences, and genuine passion for mental health advocacy, participants gained valuable insights and practical knowledge on Psychological First Aid and Mental Health First Aid. Through meaningful discussions and shared experiences, the session served as a reminder that sometimes, healing begins with simply showing up and being present for someone.
As the session ends, one thing is clearโkindness, empathy, and psychological awareness can create safe spaces for people who need them most.
