𝑨 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔, 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 ✨

Last March 30, 2026, BSBA HRM First year and Second year students gathered at the Hostel Function Room CDE for the seminar “𝙒𝙝𝙤 𝘼𝙢 𝙄 𝙞𝙣 𝙃𝙍? 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙋𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚.” The event provided a valuable space for students to reflect on their personalities, understand diverse behaviors, and recognize how these influence interactions in the workplace.

Through engaging discussions and meaningful activities, participants gained a deeper appreciation of the human side of Human Resource Management—emphasizing empathy, communication, and adaptability. It was truly an empowering experience that encouraged future HR professionals to better understand themselves as they prepare to build positive and people-centered workplaces.
