As part of the continuous commitment of the Rotary Club of Narra to the Department of Health and the Narra Municipal Health Office, Unite for Good President Kristine Grace Managase-Austria spearheaded the support and sponsorship of this year's Buntis Congress in Barangay Burirao, Narra, Palawan.

Buntis Congress is a project of the Municipal Health Office and the Department of Health (DOH) where education programs are provided for pregnant women to provide health knowledge in taking care of themselves and their child to ensure health and nutrition.

This is the second year that the Rotary Club of Narra is supporting this program. Rotary Club of Narra provides hygiene and medical kits for the participants of the program.

"Christmas in July". The Rotary Club of Narra led by Unite for Good President Kristine Grace Managase-Austria conducted a gift giving activity for the primary students of Bethlehem Elementary School at Sitio Mariwara, Barangay Princess Urduja, Narra Palawan, today, July 22, 2025.

The activity highlighted a lecture on the importance of handwashing and dental health particularly about regular tooth brushing. Each student were given a dental hygiene kit to ensure that the lecture will transcend into action.

Likewise, each student of the 89 students present were given learning kits which included notebooks, pencil, markers, crayons and writing pads per kit.

The Rotary Club of Narra also donated books for their library which was turned over to the teachers.

Each student were given a pair of new flip flops and were treated to hearty meal courtesy of the Rotary Club Members.

Bethlehem Elementary School is a primary school at the foot of the mountainous areas of Mariwara, Barangay Princess Urduja, Narra, that was established to cater to children of indigenous people living in the mountain side of Narra.

The humble event center was filled with glee of thanks and well wishes as Unite for Good President Kristine Grace Managase-Austria was supported by fellow Rotarians and Past Presidents of the club.

Among the members of the Rotary Club of Narra in attendance included, Immediate Past President Dr. Edward Moises, Past President Josephine S. Caniamo, Past President Dory Palermo, Past President Althea Jalandoni Pancho, Rotarian Raffy Austria and Rotarian Apple Dela Fuente Moises.

Unite for Good President Kristine Grace Managase-Austria is under the guidance and support of Unite for Good District Governor Reggie Nolido who will be leading the District this 2025-2026 Rotary Year.
