Isang buong araw ng saya, kaalaman, pagkilos, at pagkakaisa para sa ating mga pawikan at sa ating baybayin.

Sa temang "Alagaan ang Pawikan, Pahalagahan ang Kalikasan, at Isalba ang Kinabukasan",

Sama sama tayong kikilos para sa mga nilalang na hindi kayang magsalita, hindi kayang humingi ng tulong, at hindi kayang ipaglaban ang kanilang tahanan. Tayo ang magiging boses nila.
