The Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas, also known as in English League of Barangays of the Philippines and the Association of Barangay Captains is a formal organization of all the barangays in the Philippines. Presently, almost 42,000 barangays are part of this organization, making it the association of Philippine local government units with the largest membership. The current association is just

the latest form of an organization that has been known by various names in the past, such as the Barrio Lieutenants’ Association of the Philippines (BLAP), the Association of Barangay Councils (ABC), and the Pambansang Katipunan ng mga Barangay (PKB),
Each barangay is represented in the League by their Punong Barangay (Barangay Chairman/Head/Captain). In case of his absence or incapacity, a sanggunian member of the barangay shall be its representative after being elected for this purpose by its members

Pinangunahan ng Liga ng mga Barangay – Naic Chapter ang makabuluhang pagtataas ng Watawat ng Pilipinas sa Naic Municipal Compound.

Isang pagpapatibay ng ating pagkakaisa, pagpapahalaga sa ating kasaysayan, dangal, at walang hanggang pagmamahal sa ating Bayan.

Sa ating mga barangay nagsisimula ang tunay na paglilingkod at sa bawat barangay ay nararapat na mabuhay ang diwa ng malasakit at ang tibay ng pagkakaisa.

Ang Liga ng mga Barangay - Naic Chapter, sa ating mga Punong Barangay at mga opisyales, kami ay handang makiisa sa mga programa at adhikain ng ating lokal na pamahalaan upang maisulong ang kaunlaran, kaayusan, at kaginhawaan ng bawat mamamayan ng Naic.

Nawa'y patuloy tayong maging inspirasyon sa isa't isa — sa pamumuno, sa pagtutulungan, at sa tapat na paglilingkod sa ating mga kababayan.
