🚨 WATER SUPPLY UPDATE ADVISORY 🚨

Dear Valued HVR4 Homeowners, Residents, and Tenants,

As per the latest update from the water service provider, the community may still experience:

⚠️ Low water pressure
⚠️ Intermittent water supply
⚠️ Temporary no water supply in some areas and at certain times

This situation is related to the ongoing repair and replacement works involving the affected water pump system servicing HVR3 and nearby distribution lines.

To help maintain temporary water availability, the HVR Phase 4 water tank continues to be utilized while repair operations are ongoing. However, fluctuations in supply and pressure may still occur depending on overall water demand and system distribution capacity.

We respectfully encourage everyone to:
💧 Store and use water responsibly
💧 Minimize unnecessary water consumption temporarily
💧 Prepare backup water storage whenever possible

For direct concerns regarding billing, supply interruptions, or technical service issues, residents are advised to coordinate directly with the water provider:
