Strengthening Youth Governance: A Collective Step Forward
Last April 17-18, Kaya Natin! Youth โ Naic actively participated in the 2027 Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) Formulation and nternal Rules of Procedure(IRP) Finalization, a significant initiative aimed at shaping the direction of youth governance in the municipality.
The activity was led by SK Federation President and Local Youth Development Council Chairperson, Hon. Darlaine Mae A. Benesen, who guided the discussions with a strong emphasis on inclusive leadership, strategic planning, and evidence-based policymaking. Throughout the two-day engagement, participants were immersed in meaningful conversations on identifying priority issues, aligning programs with the needs of the youth, and ensuring that plans translate into concrete, impactful actions.

As the head of the Governance Committee, Kaya Natin Youth - Naic played a key role in contributing proposed activities and programs that aim to engage and collaborate with various youth and sectoral organizations. These initiatives were intentionally designed to tap different groups, promote participatory governance, and strengthen partnerships across the municipality.
