In Honor of Our Patroness, Santa Candida Maria De Jesus

Dear Homeowners,

In celebration of the “𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒗𝒐” or Motorcade of our Patroness, Santa Candida Maria De Jesus, the Pagsibol Village 1 & 2 Homeowners Association Inc. warmly invites all homeowners, families, and residents to participate in this meaningful religious activity as we honor our Patroness in faith, unity, and devotion.

To ensure the safe, orderly, and uninterrupted conduct of the motorcade, we respectfully request everyone to help keep the entire procession route clear to avoid traffic congestion and unnecessary delays.

Please refrain from:

* Parking vehicles along the designated procession route.
* Placing construction materials, carts, tents, or any objects that may obstruct the roadway.
* Leaving vehicles unattended on the streets during the scheduled procession.

Your cooperation will help ensure the safe, solemn, and orderly conduct of the motorcade for the benefit of all participants.

We encourage all homeowners and residents to join or witness the motorcade as we come together in prayer and devotion to Santa Candida Maria De Jesus. Let us demonstrate our unity as one community through our participation, cooperation, and support for this special religious celebration.

Today, we celebrate not only the First Anniversary of the 2025–2027 Elected HOA Officers, but also a year of shared aspirations, steadfast cooperation, and the enduring spirit that binds us together as one community.

With hearts filled with gratitude, we look back on the past year and remember every challenge we overcame, every milestone we achieved, and every moment that strengthened our bond as neighbors and friends.

A wallet belonging to JARDELEZA, JEFFREY ODI has been reported missing.

Description of the wallet:

* Green wallet with pink accents

Contents:

* Driver’s License
* National ID
* Cash amounting to ₱2,000.00

If you have found the wallet or have any information regarding its whereabouts, please contact Mr. Jeffrey Odi Jardeleza or immediately surrender the wallet to the HOA Office or the nearest Security Personnel.

We kindly ask everyone to help share this notice and to refrain from posting or disclosing any personal information contained in the wallet to protect the owner’s privacy.

NOTICE OF STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT (SOA) DISTRIBUTION

The Board of Directors of Pagsibol Village 1 & 2 Homeowners Association, Inc. wishes to inform all homeowners that starting today, July 1, 2026, the Statement of Account (SOA) will be distributed to every household.

Your SOA provides an updated record of your account, which may include:

✅ Monthly Membership Dues (MD)
✅ Payments received and posted
✅ Outstanding balances, if any
✅ Applicable penalties or interest
✅ Approved special assessments, if any

We encourage all homeowners to review their SOA upon receipt. If you have any questions or notice discrepancies, please visit the HOA Office during office hours for verification and assistance.

For homeowners with outstanding balances, we respectfully encourage you to settle your obligations promptly to support the continuous delivery of community services, security, maintenance, and future development projects for the benefit of all residents.
