FROM PLANS TO ACTION!

SPES LEADERS x MENRO x PESO = Power Meeting!

SPES leaders met with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) and Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Manager Yesterday , June 9, 2026 for a coordination meeting.

The initiative marks the shift from planning to actual implementation of proposed projects tied to environmental activities.

Present during the meeting are the head of offices for MENRO sir Orlan Baliton, Peso Nagtipunan sir Rey Arawag. And the SPES-ACES officers namely Emdon Urbano (President), Janina Eunice Dagadag (Secretary), Abelardo Binwag (Board member), Tricia Bea Abella (Board member), Christine Tuma (Board Member), and Kurt Lucas ( Board member).

LOOK | June 4, 2026, SPES ACES Officers met with MENRO Nagtipunan headed by Sir Orlan Baliton to align on key environmental initiatives. President Emdon Urbano, VP Jhaper Sanchez, and Sec. Eunice Janina Dagadag represented our youth-led commitment to action and sustainability.

Together, SPES Aces and Menro mapped out upcoming projects aimed at protecting our natural resources and empowering the community.

One meeting, one goal: building a cleaner, greener Nagtipunan for the generations to come.

LOOK | The passing of leadership of SPES–ACES took place last May 28, 2026, during the culmination of the SPES Congress 2026 at the Municipal Gymnasium of Nagtipunan, Quirino.

Former President Rhod Frian Grazen Angelo Tigas formally handed over the SPES–ACES responsibilities to the newly elected President, Emdon Urbano, marking a makaka-likasang transition of leadership and continued commitment to Luntiang Nagtipunan.

LOOK | The newly elected SPES ACES Board of Officers formally took their oath of office on April 28 during the culmination program of the SPES Congress held at the Municipal Gymnasium of Nagtipunan. The oath-taking ceremony was conducted alongside the now former SPES ACES President, Rhod Frian Grazen Angelo Tigas, marking the official transition of leadership within the organization.
