𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛: Spreading the spirit of compassion and innovation this Christmastide, Mr. Mario C. Villanueva, NCF President, shares the message of the world's joy in celebrating Christmas, which brings the "promise of light and new beginnings."

The gift of education entrusted to NCF, according to President Villanueva, has evolved into a profound commitment to "equipping the students with skills needed to build a better tomorrow" and "preparing them for the global stage," while "ensuring that quality education remains affordable."

"More than the latest technology and smartest systems, ang pinakamahalaga nating Christmas commitment ay ang paghubog ng pusong Tigre," President Villanueva added.

In this season, the call for unity and solidarity remains: develop "professionals to lead with compassion" who will serve as the "bright stars of the future."

Marks a remarkable day for the 𝗕𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗘𝗦-𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 as we conducted a heartfelt outreach program at the 𝗣𝗗𝗟 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆. Christmas is just around the corner, we brought some holiday cheer by distributing hygiene kits and sharing moments of joy with the female detainees.

This initiative wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗮, 𝘉𝘌𝘋-𝘊𝘌𝘚 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗼, 𝘉𝘌𝘋 𝘊𝘌𝘚-𝘝𝘌𝘚𝘛 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳 and 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮. Thank you, 𝙉𝘾𝙁 𝘽𝙀𝘿 𝘼𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙣𝙞 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝 1994, for inviting us to be part of your meaningful gift-giving activity at Pipian Elementary School, San Fernando, Camarines Sur.

𝑩𝑬𝑫–𝑪𝑬𝑺 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 2025 🐯❗️

Our Senior High School and Junior High School volunteers, along with JHS club officers and SHS organization officers came together for a day of learning, growth, and empowerment!

With insights shared by our inspiring guest speakers 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 “𝗧𝘆𝗹𝗲𝗿” 𝗔. 𝗘𝗰𝗮𝗹 and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗷𝗵𝘂𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗺, attendees explored the value of leadership, teamwork, and the true heart of volunteerism.

Volunteerism isn’t just about helping—it’s about shaping a better tomorrow, building character, and inspiring positive change wherever we go. 💛💚

Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) will relaunch the 17-year-old MELCHOR Program—the flagship community extension and outreach program of the institution—forging ahead with a new bold mandate to ignite change and bring hope to communities.

​Named after the Founder, Dr. Melchor T. Villanueva, the 𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗥 Program has been positioned as a tool for concerted efforts in 𝗠obilizing 𝗘nvironmental Management and Protection, 𝗟ivelihood, 𝗖apacity Building, 𝗛ealth and Sanitation, and 𝗢utreach for 𝗥esponsible Nation Building.

The MELCHOR Program has served as the guiding principle in establishing the empowered and sustainable communities it has helped to develop since being instituted in 2008 by the pioneers of the Center for Social Responsibility.

From the foot of Mount Isarog in Carolina, the Gawad Kalinga communities of Balatas and Del Rosario, and the joyful community of Brgy. Santa Teresita, Canaman, Camarines Sur—NCF is now ushering the spirit of bayanihan to San Jose West, Canaman, Camarines Sur.
