BUILDING STRONGER BRIDGES FOR THE YOUTH OF LIGAO CITY! 💜✨

Last July 27, 2026, YAHA had a productive coordination meeting with Mr. Carlo Bernardo (LYDO Officer II) and Ms. Ruthleen Alcantara (Nurse I, City Health Office of Ligao) to align our shared mission of empowering local youth and amplifying critical health advocacies.

Our discussions focused on deepening our collaboration for youth empowerment, sexual health awareness, and advocating for equal rights through the SOGIE Equality Bill. Most importantly, with the full support of the Local Youth Development Office and the City Health Office, preparations are officially underway for YAHA Philippines to be accredited as an official NGO Youth-Led Partner of the City Government of Ligao.

Once fully accredited, YAHA Philippines will play a vital role in contributing directly to the programs of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Ligao, working alongside the LYDO to support and empower SK Councils across the city.

We are deeply grateful to the LGU of Ligao City for recognizing the voice and capacity of young leaders. Together, we are paving the way for a healthier, more inclusive, and empowered space for every young Ligaoeño.

Big things are coming for the youth of Ligao City, and we couldn’t be more excited to lead the charge alongside passionate advocates and local government partners.

UPDATE OUTSTANDING STUDENTS OF BARANGAY PAULOG!!📣📣📣

1. Ongoing pa rin po ang application. The application will end on 17th of July, Friday.

2. Kasalukuyan na din po kino-kompyut ang inyong mga grades. Hopefully, by this weekend mai-release na namin ang ranking for both levels.

3. I am also currently contacting some of the applicants na kulang pa ang mga requirements. I can ONLY accept your requirements on Friday.

4. The awarding will be on July 26, Sunday 1PM. Both Secondary & Tertiary Level.

5. The awarding will start with seminar about Mental Health Awareness to be collaborated with YAHA Philippines .
