The City of Naga, Cebu commemorates the birthday of the Grand Old Man, the very reason for the declaration of September 9 as a holiday in the entire Province of Cebu.

To quote Don Serging, as he is fondly called, "We shall, as a free and self-respecting nation, fulfill our duties not only to ourselves but also to the entire freedom-loving world by participating in the establishment and preservation of a just peace for the benefit of mankind."

โ€ข screening will be on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at the Vision and Leadership Hall, City Hall of Naga from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
โ€ข come in a casual dress, with light make-up and high heels.
