Since our initial announcement of the RAISE Initiative (Restorative Art Interventions for Support and Empowerment), we have welcomed new organizations into our growing network of partners: Naga City Youth Officials (NCYO), Ateneo de Naga University Law Student Government (AdNU LSG), UNC Pre-Law Society (UNCPLS), and Naga City Children’s Home (NCCH).
Their involvement strengthens our collective commitment to child protection, restorative justice, and the rehabilitation and reintegration of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICLs).
By bringing together youth leaders, future legal professionals, civic organizations, and child welfare institutions, RAISE continues to foster informed public discourse and a more compassionate understanding of children in conflict with the law.
We believe that meaningful rehabilitation goes beyond addressing past actions. It means creating opportunities for young people to heal, grow, take responsibility, and reconnect with their communities.
As our partnerships grow, so does our collective capacity to advance this cause.
