Though a little delayed, this recognition is certainly worth the wait.

Last August 21–22, our Chapter came together for the 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 — 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, a meaningful two-day journey of learning, collaboration, and leadership development.

The web of leadership continues! Last August 22, our aspiring youth leaders returned for another day of learning, growth, and meaningful connections during the 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 2026.

Day 2 focused on turning leadership knowledge into action—because a true leader doesn’t just have great powers, they know how to use them for good!

Upon their return, the BISCAST – College Red Cross Youth Council welcomed 44 new RCYs who officially became fully-fledged members of their council and the RCY – Camarines Sur.

The event, Youth Volunteer Formation Course conducted last August 21 – 22 at the EET Laboratory, BISCAST, Naga City.

CBSUA Pili – College Red Cross Youth Council conducted a two-day, one-night Youth Volunteer Formation Course held on August 15–16 at the CBSUA Evacuation Center.

The course was attended by 67 RCY graduates and facilitated by 58 facilitators.
