BCAT Triskelion

24/07/2026

We would like to express our sincerest condolences to the family of our fallen brother Joseph Naa of Tau Gamma Phi/Sigma Triskelions Grand Fraternity and Sorority - Bicol College of Arts and Trades now BisCAST Chapter.

As a dedicated seafarer, he served with courage and honor.

He became a victim of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine while doing his duty at sea.

May you find strength and comfort in this painful time.

He was a very responsible Triskelion and had been a generous contributor to our Charity and Outreach Programs in the Bicol Region and nationwide ever since.

Rest in peace, Brother. We will never forget you. SALUTE!!!
