We are grateful to everyone who joined LEAD WITH EQ: Connect. Inspire. Impact. last August 14, 2026, via Zoom, as JCI Pili Isarog’s 3rd Quarter Training—an engaging session focused on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and its role in becoming better leaders, communicators, and people.

A heartfelt thank you to our speaker, Bicol RSDD Louis Rhey V. Adan, for sharing valuable insights and reminding us that great leadership begins with empathy, self-awareness, and genuine connection.

📻 JCI IN MEDIA | JCI PILI ISAROG ON AIR! 🎙️

JCI Pili Isarog proudly took the airwaves at Ka Fuerte 96.5 TeleRadyo, hosted by the ever-accommodating Jun Bernas, for a meaningful radio visit highlighting the organization’s mission, initiatives, and upcoming activities.

Leading the discussion was LO President JP Aguilar, accompanied by LO Secretary Song Onrubia and LSDD Myko Garcia. The team shared insights about JCI Pili Isarog, its various community projects and activities, and how the organization continues to create positive impact through leadership, service, and collaboration.

The conversation also opened the door for more young and active individuals to discover JCI and become part of a network of young leaders committed to making a difference in their communities. 💙🌏

The radio visit was also made available through online platforms, allowing more people to tune in and learn about what JCI Pili Isarog is all about.

TOGETHER FOR AREA 3 💙

The 3rd Area Council Meeting (ACM) in Narra, Palawan brought together JCI leaders from across Area 3 for a day of meaningful discussions, shared experiences, and renewed commitment to the JCI movement.

Gathering 20 Masarig Presidents, 5 Chief Delegates, and 14 Area Executive Committee members, the meeting became an opportunity to look back on the progress of our chapters, recognize accomplishments, and discuss ways to strengthen our collective efforts moving forward.

Representing JCI Pili Isarog, LO President JP Aguilar took part in this important gathering, bringing with him the voice and spirit of the chapter. His participation reflects his commitment to staying connected with fellow leaders, learning from shared experiences, and contributing to the continued growth of Area 3.

Leadership is not only about representing a chapter—it is also about building connections, listening to others, and working together toward a common purpose. Through gatherings like the ACM, leaders are reminded that every chapter has a role to play in making the JCI movement stronger.

Our sincere thanks to JCI Puerto Princesa Kiao and JCI Philippines Palawan, with JCI Narra Grains as co-host, for the warm welcome, thoughtful hospitality, and wonderful experience in Palawan. Your generosity made the gathering even more memorable.

The 3rd ACM may have been filled with reports, discussions, and updates, but beyond these was something more important—the opportunity to come together as one Area 3 family, celebrate one another, and continue moving forward with purpose.

Some achievements are measured by awards and rankings. But for us, this 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 is best measured by the people, hard work, and shared commitment that brought us here.

With grateful hearts, JCI Pili Isarog proudly celebrates receiving the 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄𝐀 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, the highest recognition under the JCIPEA cycle. We are also honored to receive the 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝟑 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫.
