Last Thursday, September 17, 2026, the 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 (𝑺.𝑲.𝑲), along with its per-barangay chapters, joined the 𝐏𝐄Ñ𝐀𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐀 𝐂𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐂 & 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, led by our 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 (𝑺𝑲𝑲) 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒂 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑱𝒐𝒏𝒉 𝑬𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒐.

Each members who joined the parade, proudly presented our organization by wearing the offical S.K.K Uniform, loudly presenting a diverse & unified Youth Organization led through prosperity, unity, camaraderie, & friendship.

The participation of our honorable organization, isn't merely to show our participation, but it's to represent the youth through empowerment, civic participation, & our devotion to Ina, in the spirit of the Peñafrancia Festival.

Mula noong Setyembre 11, 2026, nagsimula ang Pagsasalin, sa panahon ng Fiesta de Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia.

Ipinagdiriwang tuwing Setyembre, ito ang panahon kung saan ang lahat ng mga Bicolano at maraming iba pang deboto mula sa labas ng Bicol at sa iba pang lugar, ay nagtitipon upang ipagdiwang ang Tradisyong Bicolano na nagsimula ilang siglo na ang nakalilipas.

Sa Traslacion, ang Imahe ng Divino Rostro, or Banal na Mukha, at si Ina ay inililipat mula sa Parish of Our Lady Peñafrancia, o ang tinatawag ng mga lokal, ang Old Peñafrancia Shrine, patungo sa Naga Metropolitan Cathedral.

Nawa'y mapuno ng mga pagpapala ang buwan ng Setyembre habang tayo'y nananalangin para sa Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia.

Last August 22, 2026, our 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺.𝑲.𝑲 - 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒐 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑪𝒐𝒎. 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒐 𝑹𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑩. "𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒄𝒐" 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍, after several months into his retirement from the Performing Arts, returned to the stage as the late 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐩, 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐨𝐧, & gave an entertaining intermission number to the youth of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚, during their Feeding Program, the together with the 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 & the 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒔 of 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂, the 𝑺.𝑲.𝑲 - 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂, this activity is led by 𝑺𝑲 - 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂, 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝑨𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂 𝑷𝒖𝒋𝒂𝒅𝒐, & the newly elected President of the 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 - 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑨𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒄, along with their dedicated S.K.K Members & Youth Volunteers.

The honorable members of the 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 (𝑺𝑲𝑲) 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒂 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 & its per-Barangay Chapters were also present during the program, to show their support for the 𝑺.𝑲.𝑲 - 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂, & to oversee the welfare of the Barangay.

This is not merely a feeding program. It's a moment, where the Youth comes together in sharing hope, & bringing out the happiness that we love to see on the faces of the Youth. As our 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 have said;

The seminar was hosted by two special guests. The M.Cs were none other than our 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺.𝑲.𝑲 - 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒐 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑪𝒐𝒎. 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒐 𝑹𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑩. "𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒄𝒐" 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍, who is also a 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒔 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 of the 𝑵𝑪𝑷𝑾𝑫𝒀𝑨, & 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒂 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒔; 𝑪𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒓 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑳𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑫. 𝑭𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Stress Management & Self-Care Workshop facilitated by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑶𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆 𝑬. 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒗𝒆, a Licensed Psychologist & Psychometrician.

✅ Understanding PWD Rights & Privileges led by 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒚. 𝑷𝒂𝒖𝒍 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑭. 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒂, Head of the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office.

✨ The program concluded with a discussion on Disability Inclusion & Youth Leadership facilitated by 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑬𝒍𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑺. 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒐.

This seminar was dedicated to empowerment, learning, inclusion, & celebrating the unique strengths of every young individual. The one-day gathering centered on empowerment, mental health, understanding PWD rights, disability inclusion, & youth leadership.

𝑨𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒄, along with their dedicated S.K.K Members & Youth Volunteers. The newly elected officers of the 𝑺.𝑲.𝑲 - 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂, have also taken their oath-taking ceremony, led by our 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 (𝑺𝑲𝑲) 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒂 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑱𝒐𝒏𝒉 𝑬𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒐.

This is not merely a feeding program. It's a moment, where the Youth comes together in sharing hope, & bringing out the happiness that we love to see on the faces of the Youth. As our 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 have said;

"𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒄𝒐" 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍, along with the honorable members of the 𝑺𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒘𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏 (𝑺𝑲𝑲) 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑵𝒂𝒈𝒂 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 & its per-Barangay Chapters, were present during the 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐨'𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐒𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, organized by the 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏, with the supervision of the 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆, along with our new 𝐒.𝐊.𝐊 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 (𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨).

The 𝐒.𝐊.𝐊 & its members were assigned to registration & facilitating assistance for those who were interested to sign up & join one of the many sports present during the event, including Pencak Silat, Futsal, Arnis, Gymnastics, Boxing, & many others. This shows that the Youth of Naga City is active & participative in Physical Activities, as our 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐆. "𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐢" 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨, wants to prioritize Sports in Naga City, to promote participation, sports skills, & discipline in every Filipino Youth.

First of all, we would like to thank & give honorable mentions to 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬 𝐌. 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐣𝐚, 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐚, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞, for facilitating & supervising us during our duty at the 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐨'𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐒𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞. Second, we would like to thank all the Coaches for facilitating the sports for the kids to play & learn.
