As part of our celebration of Teacher’s Day we want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate our council adviser, Sir Raymund Vargas of the NCF Red Cross Youth Council. This special day allows us to honor his dedication, his commitment and the important role he plays in guiding our council.

We are truly thankful for his guidance, his patience, his encouragement, and his support in every activity and every endeavor of the council. His willingness to give his time his knowledge and his experience inspires us to become student leaders, responsible volunteers and individuals who are always ready to serve others and our community.

To Sir Raymund Vargas thank you for being more than our adviser. Thank you for believing in us for guiding us through challenges and, for encouraging us to do our best. Your efforts and your dedication are deeply appreciated by the NCF Red Cross Youth Council. May you continue to inspire and guide students in the years to come.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗙𝗟𝗨𝗩𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The NCF College Red Cross Youth Council proudly engaged in the Annual Fluvial Procession on September 19, 2026, giving first aid assistance and helping ensure the safety and well-being of fellow devotees throughout the celebration.

A total manpower of 27 dedicated volunteers across two teams, the NCF College Red Cross Youth Council joined this meaningful celebration with compassion and commitment service, our volunteers are ready to respond and serve whenever help was needed.

Wrapping the Penafrancia Festival Operations 2026, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our adviser, Sir Raymund Vargas for his support and guidance throughout the operation, and to the Philippine Red Cross Camarines Sur for giving the council the opportunity to serve and make a meaningful difference in the community.

We are grateful for the events that was filled with meaningful moments and lessons that strengthened our teamwork, compassion, and commitment to service. May this experience remind us that volunteering with the Red Cross is about being ready to serve and help whenever we are needed.

To all our dedicated volunteers, thank you for your time and unwavering commitment. May we continue to serve with compassion and uphold the spirit of service to humanity.

The NCF College Red Cross Youth Council proudly took part in the 2026 Bicol Regional Military Parade Exhibition, held yesterday, september 18. The parade brought together students, organization, and participants who marched from Panganiban Drive to Plaza Quezon as part of Peñafrancia Festival Celebration.

With a total manpower of 29 dedicated volunteers across two teams, the NCF College Red Cross Youth Council joined the parade to serve, assist, and actively participate in this meaningful celebration.

The activity highlighted values, discipline, cooperation and active participation. The NCF Red Cross Youth Council showed what service and volunteerism truly mean through their involvement. Their presence reflected dedication and community spirit.

The NCF College Red Cross Youth Council proudly joined the 2026 Regional Inter-School Scouts and Drum, Xylophone, and Majorettes Corps (DXMC) Parade and Competition, held yesterday, September 16, as part of the Peñafrancia Festival civic events. From Panganiban Drive to Plaza Quezon, our members marched with discipline, unity, and service—showcasing the Red Cross Youth spirit alongside fellow schools and organizations.

Ready to Serve, Ready to Care

The Naga College Foundation, Inc. College Red Cross Youth Council proudly took part in the Traslacion Procession held on September 11, 2026.

With 38 dedicated volunteers on the ground, the 3 teams came together to serve, assist, and look after the safety of the voyadores. With compassion, teamwork, and a true heart for service, the volunteers stayed ready to respond and help ensure everyone’s safety throughout the event.
