The Naga City Scholars Guild – BISCAST Chapter (NCSG-BISCAST) proudly celebrates its achievement as 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐎𝐍 in the 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭-𝐚-𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞: 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫-𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 organized by the Student Development Services (SDS) Office of the Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST).

The organization also received the following special recognitions:
• 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭
• 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞'𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝

Through the project entitled 𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, the organization transformed its adopted area in front of the old RepEd Building into a greener, student-friendly, and collaborative space designed to promote sustainability, campus stewardship, and positive student engagement.

The project served not only as a beautification initiative, but also as a reflection of the organization’s commitment to service, environmental responsibility, and community building. From planning and conceptualization to implementation and maintenance, the initiative became a collective effort among officers, members, volunteers, and supporters of the organization.

NCSG-BISCAST extends its heartfelt gratitude to the following individuals and organizations whose support made the project possible:

• 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐒𝐂) for the generous donation of paints used in the improvement and mural activities.

• 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐭
(𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐄) for serving as a helping hand during the mural painting and artistic development of the space.

• The scholars, volunteers, and donors who contributed their time, effort, creativity, and resources in turning the vision of our space into reality.

This recognition reflects the power of collaboration, leadership, and shared responsibility in creating meaningful and sustainable spaces within the BISCAST community. Through initiatives such as the Adopt-a-Space Program, student organizations continue to contribute toward a cleaner, greener, and more student-friendly campus environment.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 🌱

What started as a simple vision became the 𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, a space built through teamwork, creativity, and shared purpose.

The 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬’ 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 – 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐍𝐂𝐒𝐆-𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓) proudly transformed our adopted area in front of the old RepEd Building into a greener and more welcoming space where students can relax, study, collaborate, and connect. Inspired by sustainability and campus stewardship, this project reflects our commitment as scholars not only to academic excellence, but also to service and community.

Here’s a glimpse of the journey. From the making, the hard work behind the scenes, to the finished 𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 we can now proudly call our organization tambayan.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, effort, and support in making this possible. This is more than just a renovated space, it is a symbol of collaboration, ownership, and school pride.

In support of the Adopt-a-Space Program under the Student Development Services (SDS) Office, the 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬’ 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 – 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐍𝐂𝐒𝐆-𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓) introduces its implementation plan for the enhancement and upkeep of a designated campus space.

The project, “𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧,” envisions a shared space for students to rest and spend time together.

𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐏𝐓-𝐀-𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄

In line with the Adopt-a-Space Program of the Student Development Services (SDS) Office, the 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬’ 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 – 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐍𝐂𝐒𝐆-𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓) is taking part in improving and maintaining an assigned area within the campus.

As part of this initiative, we aim to transform the space into “𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧” a simple, clean, and green tambayan where students can comfortably sit, study, and spend time with others. Instead of making drastic changes, we are focusing on improving what’s already there and making the area more organized, usable, and student-friendly.

To help us bring this plan to life, we are conducting a donation drive. We are currently accepting both in-kind and monetary donations that will be used for landscaping and overall improvement of the space.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will greatly help us in creating a more welcoming environment for everyone on campus.
