𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝. The event comprised two sessions , the morning class held from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and the afternoon class from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Our Resource Person, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨 𝐀. 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐬, delivered an insightful presentation on key strategies for disaster preparedness, emergency response, and community recovery. His expertise and guidance offered valuable frameworks for building safer, more resilient communities.

Participants engaged enthusiastically throughout the event, contributing to dynamic discussions and posing thoughtful questions that deepened their understanding of disaster risk reduction.

This seminar represents a significant advancement in our collective efforts to foster a disaster-resilient future, equipping community members with the knowledge and tools necessary to respond effectively to emergencies.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 | 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

The NSTP-CWTS and LTS Trainers’ Training 2025 was successfully held last 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐨𝐠 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧, 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐨, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧, 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, facilitated by the OSS Director and NSTP Coordinator 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐬-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

This meaningful event gathered 27 NSTP CWTS and LTS facilitators in a series of discussions and interactive activities that highlighted the essence of leadership, service, and wellness.

One of the key lectures was delivered by 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, GTC Head, who shared valuable insights on mental health awareness, emphasizing the importance of guiding and supporting students in navigating their mental well-being with compassion and understanding.

Adding to the enriching sessions, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐬-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 also gave insightful tips and lectures on being an effective facilitator, reminding participants of their vital role in shaping learners not only academically but also holistically through empathy, discipline, and service-driven leadership.

Through the lectures and activities, facilitators gained a deeper realization of their responsibilities as mentors and acquired practical knowledge that strengthens their capacity to empower the youth towards becoming responsible citizens.

This move emphasizes the importance of tailored approaches to youth governance and recognizes the unique contributions of SK officials in community development.

To all SK Officials enrolled in NSTP 1 (CWTS), you may file your requirements for exemption from taking the NSTP 2 (CWTS) starting Tomorrow September 7 until September 15, 2025 at the St Building, Room 107, Office for Student Affairs and Services.

The program’s highlight was the inspiring commencement address by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐅. 𝐆𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚, Head of the Public Safety Office – LGU Naga, who emphasized patriotism, civic duty, and youth leadership. Reflecting on his public service experience, his message urged graduates to uphold the values of NSTP and serve as responsible, nation-building citizens.

The event also underscored the support and guidance of key NSTP officials, facilitators and Training Staff who contributed significantly to the students' journey. Among those in attendance were 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐬-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, OSS Director and NSTP Coordinator;
𝐌𝐬. 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐚, LTS Coordinator; 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐬, CWTS Coordinator; ROTC training staff; CWTS and LTS facilitators. Their collective efforts played a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of NSTP programs throughout the academic year.

To commemorate this milestone, graduation portraits, including individual awardee photos and class pictures, were made available for purchase at the NSTP Office, located at St. Building, Room 107.

𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐛𝐨𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧.” This momentous event will recognize the dedication and service of approximately 2,300 NSTP graduates from the 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒), 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐓𝐒), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂) , who have exemplified the true spirit of patriotism and civic responsibility.

The ceremony will be held on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐍𝐍 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝 ,and will commence with a Eucharistic Mass at 7:30 AM. To honor the occasion, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐍𝐄 𝐅. 𝐆𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐀, of Public Safety Office (PSO), Local Government of Naga, has been invited as the esteemed Commencement Speaker. His leadership and unwavering commitment to public service and safety of every Nagueño continue to serve as an inspiration to the youth.

This graduation marks not only the culmination of their NSTP journey but also the beginning of a lifelong commitment to service in the community and country.

(NCF) participated in a Mangrove Planting Activity at 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐨, 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐫.

This significant initiative, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Calabanga and NCF-NSTP, aims to enhance students' awareness and engagement in ecological conservation.

To ensure the active participation of all NSTP students, a series of mangrove planting activities has been scheduled, allowing each group to meaningfully contribute to this environmental
undertaking.

Through this collective action, NCF-NSTP students not only contribute to biodiversity preservation but also demonstrate that even small efforts can create a ripple effect toward a greener, more sustainable world.
