PAGBALYO KI EL DIVINO ROSTRO

The festivities of El Divino Rostro officially begin with the Pagbalyo ki El Divino Rostro, transferring the El Divino Rostro from the Our Lady of Peñafrancia Minor Basilica and National Shrine to the Our Lady of Peñafrancia Parish (Old Shrine). The celebration begins with Holy Mass with the clergy of the Archdiocese of Cáceres, presided over by Most Rev. Rex Andrew C. Alarcon, D.D.

The Pagbalyo recalls the Santo Voto, the Holy Vow made by the clergy of Cáceres during the cholera epidemic of 1882, entrusting the people to the merciful face of Christ and giving thanks for their deliverance.

As El Divino Rostro returns to the Old Shrine, may this cherished tradition renew our faith, gratitude, and trust in the merciful face of Christ.

Viva el Divino Rostro! Viva an satong Diósnon na Parasurog!

🇵🇭HONORING OUR HEROES | NATIONAL HEROES DAY 2026🇵🇭

Today, Kabalikat Civicom 30 - Naga City joins the entire Filipino nation in honoring the courage, sacrifices, and selfless service of our heroes who helped shape the freedom and future we enjoy today. 🫡🇵🇭

Our heroes remind us that true heroism is not measured by recognition, but by the willingness to serve others—especially when help is needed most.

As volunteer communicators and community responders, we carry this spirit of service in our own way. Through reliable communication, emergency assistance, coordination, public service, and community involvement, we strive to be KABALIKAT ng bawat Pilipino whenever and wherever we are needed.

We may not carry the weapons of the heroes of the past, but we carry something equally important: the commitment to serve, the courage to respond, and the heart to help.📻🫡

May the legacy of our heroes continue to inspire every volunteer to serve with courage, compassion, integrity, and dedication.

🫡 Salute to all our heroes—past and present!
🇵🇭 Mabuhay ang mga Bayani!, Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!
