OPERATION | Peñafrancia De Mayo 2026 - Fluvial Procession 🌊🙏💙

KABALIKAT CIVICOM 30 – Naga City personnel were actively deployed during the conduct of the “Peñafrancia De Mayo 2026” Fluvial Procession, providing operational support, public assistance, crowd management, and safety monitoring throughout the activity.

Personnel maintained visibility and rapid response readiness in designated areas to help ensure the orderly flow of devotees, participants, and spectators attending the religious event. Continuous coordination and communication among members were observed to maintain peace, order, and public safety during the procession.

Despite the large volume of attendees, operations remained organized and responsive from deployment until the conclusion of the activity. Members stayed alert and committed in delivering humanitarian service and operational assistance to the community.

The operation was led by Sir Francis Allen Boquiron(KB 30-285), Assistant Vice President for Operations of KABALIKAT CIVICOM 30 – Naga City.

OPERATION | DAY 3 of 1st Isarog International Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival 🎈🎶

Kabalikat Civicom 30 personnel remained fully deployed, continuing security and assistance operations across designated areas. Crowd control, safety monitoring, and rapid response readiness were maintained from early morning balloon activities until the evening music performances.

High public turnout was observed, with sustained coordination ensuring smooth flow and minimal disruptions throughout the venue. All units stayed alert and responsive, reinforcing a secure and organized environment for all attendees.

The Day 3 operation was led by Francis Allen Boquiron, Assistant Vice President for Operations.

Mission continues—committed to public service, discipline, and operational readiness at all times.

OPERATION | Day 1 of 1st Isarog International Hot Air balloon & Music Festival
May 1-3 2026

Kabalikat Civicom 30 operatives were deployed to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, and provide immediate assistance throughout the duration of the event. Strategic positioning and continuous monitoring were conducted in key areas to manage crowd flow and address any situation requiring response.

Despite the large volume of attendees, operations remained orderly and under control. No major incidents were recorded, reflecting the discipline, coordination, and readiness of all deployed volunteers on the ground.

Kabalikat Civicom 30 Naga City remains steadfast in its mission—ready to serve, protect, and respond whenever duty calls.

OPERATION | 176th Birth Anniversary of Bishop Jorge Barlin🙏

Location: Barlin St. Naga City, Camarines Sur

In commemoration of the birth anniversary of Bishop Jorge Barlin, the first Filipino bishop, Kabalikat Civicom 30 Naga City volunteers actively participated in ensuring the peaceful and orderly conduct of the event held at Barlin Street, Naga City.

With unity and dedication, our team remained on standby to assist the public and support the success of this meaningful celebration honoring a true symbol of faith and Filipino pride.

This operation was led by Assistant Vice President for Operations, Francis Allen Boquiron, with the acknowledgment of Kabalikat Civicom 30 President and Founder, Kuya Jun Viola

🩸 OPERATION | BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITY 🩸

📍 Location: The church of jesus christ of latter day saints, Panganiban Drive, Naga City

Today, Kabalikat Civicom volunteers participated in and supported a Blood Donation Activity aimed at helping save lives and strengthen our community’s blood supply. This initiative highlights the unwavering commitment of our volunteers to public service, ensuring that every collected unit of blood can give hope and a second chance at life to those in need. The activity was attended by KB 30 operatives and led by our President and Founder, Jun Viola, together with the Assistant Vice President for Operations, Francis Allen Boquiron. Through proper coordination, teamwork, and dedication—supported by our radio communication team—the operation was carried out smoothly and successfully, reflecting the true spirit of bayanihan in action.
