To all our HeartWorking Presidents, fellow Rotarians, District Leaders, and Partners in Service,

Thank you for every act of service done from the heart. Behind every award, plaque, and recognition is a story of sacrifice, commitment, and genuine love for Rotary.

This year, we made a conscious decision to create a recognition matrix that would allow us to acknowledge as many deserving clubs, leaders, and Rotarians as possible. Because of that decision, we ended up preparing an overwhelming number of plaques and awards.

We know how much effort, time, and heart our clubs have poured into serving their communities throughout this HeartWorking Year, and we wanted those efforts to be recognized.

We have seen Presidents giving their all for their members. We have seen Secretaries quietly working behind the scenes. We have seen District Officers sacrificing their time away from their families. We have seen clubs in every corner of Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, and Bicol serving communities not for recognition, but because they genuinely wanted to make a difference.

That is why it was important for us to recognize every deserving effort.

The awards were never about who had the biggest project, the most resources, or the loudest accomplishments. They were about celebrating the heart behind the work. They were about honoring people who chose service, even when nobody was watching.

To those who received awards, congratulations. You deserve to celebrate this moment.

To those who may have hoped for a different result, please know that your contribution to this HeartWorking Year is equally valued and appreciated. Rotary is never measured solely by plaques and trophies. The true reward has always been the lives we touched and the hope we brought to others.

As your HeartWorking District Governor, my heart is full. This Rotary Year was never about me. It was always about all of us working together, united by a common purpose and driven by a desire to serve.

Thank you for believing in our vision.
Thank you for trusting our leadership.
Thank you for proving that Rotary's Heart at Work is not just a theme—it is a reality lived every single day by the Rotarians of District 3820.

I will forever be proud of what we have accomplished together.

With gratitude and love,

Jeremie S. Lo

Honored to have been invited as a speaker during the 91st Annual Convention of the Camarines Sur Medical Society held last July 3–4, 2026 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.

Together with healthcare professionals, government leaders, and development partners, we explored the role of non-government organizations and business partnerships in creating healthier communities through the session:

"Non-Government Organization and Business Partnership in Camarines Sur: Turning Data into Collaborative Health Action.

With the convention's focus on "Building a Healthier Camarines Sur Through Data," we shared how Rotary International District 3820 and the JLO Big Heart Foundation believe that data becomes truly meaningful when it leads to collaboration, compassion, and action.

Grateful to the Camarines Sur Medical Society for the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation. We look forward to strengthening partnerships that turn information into impact and shared purpose into healthier communities.
