𝗠𝗖𝗩 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻: The Office of the President of Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) has issued the OOP Memorandum No. 19-2026, promulgating strategic measures to safeguard the institutional mission while prioritizing the welfare of the stakeholders amidst the current geopolitical climate and fuel crisis.

Pursuant to this directive, all stipulated adjustments shall take effect tomorrow, March 16, 2026, and will remain in force until rescinded through a subsequent institutional bulletin.

For further clarification or supplemental information, all stakeholders are advised to coordinate with their respective academic department and administrative units.

As the Home of the Champions, NCF remains a bastion of resilience—navigating global and local challenges, as it always has, with unwavering resolve.
