Upon the creation of the Safety and Responders Training Team of IVEERS, the organization began receiving requests to facilitate demonstrations on Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid Bandaging, Splinting, Emergency Rescue and Transfer, and Rope Rescue. The first activity was successfully conducted at Panicuason Elementary School during the Boy Scout and Girl Scout Encampment.

The next scheduled school is Teodora Moscoso Elementary School, with upcoming training activities also being planned at Grandview Elementary School and in the Municipality of Bombon.

IVEERS continues to strengthen community preparedness by sharing life-saving knowledge and skills with students and local communities.

The Isarog Volunteer Environmental Emergency Response Service recently concluded its First Quarterly Intermediate Swimming Course as part of the organization's internal capacity-building program for Water Search and Rescue (WaSAR) operations. The training was conducted on March 15, 2026, at Hazwel Resort.

The activity was attended by 15 volunteers coming from the local bases of Panicuason, San Felipe, and Camaligan. The training aimed to enhance the participants’ swimming skills and strengthen their preparedness for future Water Search and Rescue (WaSAR) operations. Thank you Sk Chairman John Mark Cosa and agri cam resort for the support
