Through our Peer Support Organization, we were able to extend small blessings by giving clothes👚👔 and simple food groceries🥫 to our chosen beneficiaries. We also took time to walk around the Plaza Rizal, bringing smiles to children by sharing a little school supplies. 📒✏

Every thankful smile 😁and every happy child🧒😄 reminded us that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference. This outreach strengthened our purpose—to serve, to care, and to be there for one another. 😇🤍

Thank you to all the volunteers, organizers, and participants who made this program meaningful and impactful. Together, we proved once again that service, unity, and love are at the heart of what we do.

Donation Drive for Children

Good day, ACLCeans! We, the Peer Support Organization, would like to inform you about our donation drive for children in need.

Starting Monday and Thursday, we will be going around the buildings to share more details about the donation drive. We will also be placing a donation box in each building, where you can drop off your donations.

You may donate toys, school supplies, books, hygiene kits, clothes, or any item that can help brighten a child’s day. We also accept monetary donations, any amount is appreciated. Our assigned members will regularly visit each building to collect the donations.

Your simple contribution can bring happiness and support to many children.

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness!

𝑨 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 '𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑰𝒕 𝑶𝒖𝒕' 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒉!💚💛

Through colors and words, we opened a space for self-expression—whether it was choosing a color that matched your emotions or writing your thoughts and sticking them on our Freedom Wall 📝. Each note and color represented real emotions, showing us that it’s okay to feel and it’s okay to share. ✨

Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts and feelings with us! We're grateful for your participation. Truly, expressing yourself is the first step to healing and understanding. 🫶

And now, here are some of the heartfelt notes and messages shared by our peers during the activity—reminders that every voice and every feeling matters. 💚💛

The Express It Out Booth is on October 3–4 (Friday & Saturday)

A safe place where you can share your emotions, thoughts, or even those little stories from Intrams!

Whatever you’re feeling— happiness/excitement, sadness, anger, fear, or anxiety— express it with us!

As we celebrate National Teachers’ Month, we extend our deepest gratitude to all our teachers who serve as mentors, guides, and lifelong inspirations. Their dedication, patience, and passion for nurturing minds shape not only the future of their students but also the future of our nation.

To our beloved teachers, thank you for your unwavering commitment, for going beyond lessons inside the classroom, and for reminding us that education is more than just knowledge— it is about values, compassion, and character.

May this month be a reminder of how truly appreciated and respected you are. Your efforts and sacrifices continue to make a lasting difference in our lives.

Happy National Teachers’ Month!🫶

We are deeply grateful for the success of our Workshop with the themed of “Breaking the Stigma, Building Strength” held yesterday, which was attended exclusively by the members of the Peer Support Organization. The event was a meaningful opportunity to learn, reflect, and strengthen our commitment to promoting mental health awareness within our school community.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our distinguished guest speaker, Ma’am Joy Delfino Sinfuego, PhD, RGC, for generously sharing her knowledge and insights that inspired and empowered all of us. Her words truly guided us in understanding the importance of breaking the stigma and building strength, both as individuals and as a united organization.

We are also grateful to our moderator for their support, and to all members who actively participated and engaged in the activities prepared. Your presence, energy, and cooperation made this workshop not only successful but also memorable.

This event marks another step in our continuous efforts as a Peer Support Organization to raise awareness, empower one another, and nurture a safe and supportive environment for all. 💚🌟

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month 💙🌍

This month, we come together to raise awareness, and remind everyone that mental health matters. Behind every smile, there may be silent battles. Behind every strong face, there may be unspoken struggles. And that is why compassion, understanding, and kindness are so important.

Su***de is preventable. Reaching out for help is never a weakness— it’s courage. Offering a listening ear, a kind word, or simply being present can save a life.

✨ Let’s remind one another:
• You are not alone.
• Your story is not over.
• There is hope, and there is help.

Together, let’s build a world where no one feels they have to suffer in silence. 💛

📣 This Su***de Prevention Month, let’s be a voice of hope, a hand of support, and a heart of compassion. Because every life is worth living.
