Youth Community First Responder Network

Youth Community First Responder Network "Youth Responders stronger Together, Faster to Aid" There, he found meaning in service and developed the leadership skills that would shape his mission.

The Youth Community First Responder Network is more than just a youth group — it is a movement of purpose-driven young leaders united by one goal: to save lives and serve with compassion. Founded by Jetrho Gregorio, a passionate and committed youth leader from Naga City, the organization was originally known as First Aid Responder. Jetrho’s calling to help others began early, as a proud member of

the CamHigh Responders, the School Youth Disaster Risk Reduction Management Group (SYDRRMG) of Camarines Sur National High School, from 2017 to 2021. In 2022, Jetrho sought greater influence by running for President of the ACLC Naga Supreme Student Government and for Grade 12 TVL Representative. Though he did not win either position, he never gave up on his dream — to create a First Aid Responder Team in his school. With unwavering determination, he kept his promise to himself and to his peers: that one day, every school would have trained youth ready to respond in times of emergency. That vision came to life in 2024 when Jetrho rebranded and expanded the initiative to become the Youth Community First Responder Network — a name that reflects both growth and greater purpose. Today, the network aspires to train, inspire, and unite young people from all walks of life, equipping them with life-saving skills, nurturing leadership, and creating a generation of empowered youth who are ready to act in times of crisis. Jetrho believes that heroism doesn’t start in uniforms — it starts in the heart. And with every young person they train, the Youth Community First Responder Network brings the community one step closer to becoming a safer, stronger, and more compassionate world. This is only the beginning. Mission Statement

At the Youth Community First Responder Network, our unwavering mission is to empower, educate, and inspire the youth of our community to become the ultimate guardians of life and well-being. LOOK: YCFRN President Celebrates Birthday with Feeding Program in Barangay Igualdad

NAGA CITY Instead of a traditional birthday party, Mr. Jetrho Gregorio, President and Founder of Youth Community First Responder Naga (YCFRN), chose to celebrate his special day by giving back to the community.

On his birthday, Mr. Gregorio, together with fellow volunteers, organized a feeding program for children in Barangay Igualdad. The initiative aimed to bring smiles and share simple blessings through a warm meal and a few meaningful surprises for the young residents.

The event was made possible through the support of Barangay Captain Angelo Romano Bendiola, the Sangguniang Kabataan, and the Barangay Council of Igualdad, who worked hand-in-hand with the YCFRN team to serve the children of their community.

Mr. Gregorio extended his heartfelt thanks to his family, friends, co-volunteers, and generous supporters, including Mama Mercy Perla Vitaliz, Tita Doris Malaluan Dasco, Pastor Grant Jireh Vale Morata, Allaine Vergara, the P.W.D. Youth Association, and several sponsors and donors from the city. He also acknowledged the support of a City Councilor who contributed to the success of the activity.

One of the highlights of the event was the donation of toys from Atty. Leni Robredo, which added extra joy to the day and created lasting memories for the children.

This year is truly the best birthday so far — not just because of the celebration, but because we were able to share love and a little blessing,” Mr. Gregorio said. “True joy doesn’t come from what you receive, but from how many hearts you make happy.”

The event reflected the mission and spirit of YCFRN: compassion, community, and youth empowerment.

Belated Happy Birthday, Sir Jeth! 🎉💖
