As part of the ongoing National CPR Day 2026 celebration, the Philippine Red Cross - Davao de Oro Chapter conducted a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Demonstration for the employees of Gaisano Grand Mall Nabunturan at Gaisano Grand Mall Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.

The activity emphasized the value of knowing how to perform CPR correctly and confidently during a cardiac emergency. Through hands-on demonstration and practical learning, participants were encouraged to be ready to take action and provide immediate lifesaving assistance while waiting for professional medical help.

The Philippine Red Cross - Davao de Oro Chapter provided a First Aid Station during the ACN Alumni Pickleball Tournament last August 15-16,2026 at Pickle Power Nabunturan, Nabunturan Davao de Oro, ensuring immediate first aid assistance and emergency preparedness throughout the event.

Our dedicated responders remained on standby to help promote the safety and well-being of all players, organizers, and participants. We are grateful for the opportunity to support community events and promote a culture of preparedness and volunteerism.

The Philippine Red Cross - Davao de Oro Chapter conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for the dedicated personnel of the Davao de Oro Provincial Hospital (DDOPH) of Laak, held in Laak, Davao de Oro.

The training aimed to strengthen the participants’ knowledge and skills in responding to life-threatening emergencies, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other essential life-saving interventions.

Through continuous capacity-building, we empower our healthcare partners to respond with confidence and competence when every second counts.

The Philippine Red Cross - Davao de Oro Chapter successfully conducted a 2-Day Occupational First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for PNP Davao de Oro Police Provincial Office (DDOPPO) on July 30–31, 2026 at the PNP Provincial Headquarters in Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.

This training supports the directive of the PNP Davao de Oro requiring all Tourist Police Unit personnel to become certified first aiders, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to provide immediate emergency care and respond effectively to medical emergencies while performing their duties.

The Philippine Red Cross remains committed to strengthening the emergency response capabilities of our frontline personnel through quality safety training and capacity-building initiatives.
