With him is our dedicated Field Scout Executive, Scout Leader Wendel B. Sanchez, WBH, standing strong in support as our champions carry the voice and vision of Eastern Mindanao to the national stage.

A huge congratulations to Sct. Miguel Yxarquez R. Lim, Sct. Mervin III S. Somadela, and Sct. Razciella Marithe Angela R. Lim for proudly representing Davao de Oro at the 2025 Regional Scout Youth Forum held at Elmer’s Haven Resort, Brgy. Kiagot, Digos City, Davao del Sur on March 07-09, 2025. 💛🔥

Through their exemplary leadership, dedication, and unwavering Scout spirit, they have truly embodied what it means to be a Bulawanong Iskawt. Their outstanding performance and positive attitude throughout the forum have brought pride and honor to our council!

This achievement would not have been possible without the guidance and mentorship of our Field Scout Executive, Scout Leader Wendel Bacaron Sanchez, WBH, and the unwavering support of our council officials—CSE Allan Guerta, EdD, Council Commissioner Phoebe Gay L. The dedicated Scout Leaders of Davao de Oro—PHOEBE GAY L. REFAMONTE, CESO VI (Council Commissioner), ALLAN R. GUERTA, EdD (OIC Council Scout Executive), WENDEL B. SANCHEZ (Field Scout Executive), and AL E. SANTIAGO (Council Program Commissioner)—proudly represented the council at the 68th Annual National Council Meeting, held at Century Park Hotel, Manila.

This significant gathering brought together Scout leaders from across the country to engage in meaningful discussions on leadership, youth development, and the continuous progress of the Scouting movement in the Philippines.
