ICYMI | VBHS Boys Scout Organization leads "Oplan Baklas" Clean-Up Drive Post-Election 2025

In show of civic responsibility, the Victor Bernal High School community through the initiative of the VBHS Boys Scout Organization successfully conducted the Oplan Baklas initiative today, May 14, 2025, following the recently concluded Local and National Election 2025. This activity focused on the removal of the campaign materials and other election paraphernalia around San Vicente Ogbon Nabua, Camarines Sur. Through this collective efforts, it not just underscored the importance of adhering the policies set by the government for an orderly post-election, but also emphasized the true values of discipline, civic duty, and responsible citizenship among the youth.

Stars of Leadership⚜️

We celebrated the 6th Council Wide Synchronized District Investiture and Backyard camping at Victor Bernal Provincial High School to build bonds, embrace challenges and celebrate the spirit of scouting!

As we celebrated this event, scouters developed their leadership skills, created memorable experiences, foster unity and performed the principles of scouting (Duty to God, Duty to others and Duty to Self).

The event was led by our Institutional Head, Sctr. Irvin Carlo A. Noble, LT, and facilitated by VBHS Scouters and Scouts.

Big thanks to the participants who made this event successful and also to those supportive parents!🫡
