On behalf of the organizing committee of the Fiesta Benefit Dance 2026, we extend our deepest gratitude for your enthusiastic participation in the vendor bidding process. Your support and commitment make this celebration not only vibrant but also meaningful, as proceeds will go toward our communityโ€™s benefit projects.

We truly appreciate the time, effort, and resources you have invested to be part of this special event. Your partnership ensures that our fiesta will be filled with joy, color, and unity. A special recognition goes to Ms. Jacqueline Villagracia Llorin, who won the bidding process yesterday.

As we prepare for the big day on January 31, 2026, we kindly remind everyone to observe the following rules and regulations to ensure a smooth and successful celebration:

Compliance: All vendors must adhere to the guidelines set by the organizing committee.

Exclusive Canteen Sales: Drinks (alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, juices, etc.) and food (such as chicheria) purchased outside are not allowed inside the Dance Hall. These items may only be bought from the canteen of Ms. Jacqueline Villagracia Llorin.

Setup & Cleanup: Booths must be set up within the designated time and area. Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after the event.

Safety: Please follow safety protocols to protect both participants and guests.

Fairness: Respect bidding outcomes and operate with integrity throughout the event.

Community Spirit: Remember that this is a benefit danceโ€”our collective goal is to support and uplift the community.
