Mental well-being is just as important as physical health. It helps us become more resilient during difficult times, manage our emotions, build confidence, strengthen our relationships, and live with greater purpose. A healthy mind also supports better focus, productivity, and overall physical well-being.

Let’s create a community where kindness, empathy, and understanding come first. It’s okay to ask for help, to rest, and to take care of yourself. Healing isn’t always easy, but every small step toward better mental health is a step worth taking.

The journey begins with a successful initial site visit! 📍 This important step allowed the research team to assess the project location, gather preliminary observations, and coordinate with stakeholders in preparation for the implementation of the study.

Every great research project starts with careful planning and firsthand understanding of the field. Looking forward to the next phases of the study!
