A little gesture for the people who make a big difference in our lives.

As part of the Supreme Secondary Learners' Government's (SSLG) Teachers’ Month celebration, this project was made to give our MunSci teachers something special: a reminder that their patience, kindness, and dedication leave a lasting impact on the students they teach. Through these simple gifts, we hope to express the appreciation that words alone sometimes cannot fully capture.

To our dear teachers, thank you for believing in us, even when we doubt ourselves. Thank you for guiding us through our mistakes, celebrating our progress, and inspiring us to become better not only as students, but also as people. The lessons you teach us go far beyond the classroom, and the care you give us means more than you know.

May these little gifts remind you from the bottom of our hearts that you are valued, appreciated, and loved. Happy Teachers’ Month, our dear teachers! You make a difference in more ways than you realize.

Feast Day of Our Lady of the Rosary

With hearts full of faith and gratitude, we joyfully celebrate the Feast Day of Our Lady of the Rosary, honoring Mary, our loving Mother and guide, and reflecting on the power of prayer through the Holy Rosary.

As part of this special celebration, last October 7, 2026, a Holy Mass held and sponsored by a designated grade level, giving our students the opportunity to come together in faith, prayer, and thanksgiving. Today’s Holy Mass is lovingly sponsored by our Grade 8 students, as they offer this celebration in honor of Our Blessed Mother.

May Our Lady of the Rosary continue to guide us closer to Jesus, strengthen our faith, and inspire us to live lives rooted in prayer, love, and service.

β€œBehind every successful student is a teacher who believed in them first.”

Behind every lesson there is someone who took the time to explain. Behind every mistake is someone who reminded us that it is okay to try again. And behind every achievement is a teacher who believed in us, sometimes even before we learned to believe in ourselves.

Teachers do more than teach us what is written in books. They guide us through challenges, encourage us when things get difficult, and inspire us to become better versions of ourselves. The things they teach us go beyond the classroom, and the impact they leave stays with us long after the school year ends.

Today, we celebrate every teacher who has patiently guided and encouraged their students. Thank you for seeing our potential, for cheering us on, and for reminding us that we are capable of more than we think.

To all our teachers, Happy World Teachers’ Day! Your students may not always say it, but your efforts are deeply appreciated. πŸ’š

Last September 21, selected Grade 11 and 12 MunScians participated in the first day of National Biotechnology Week (NBW) 2026, held at the DENR Multipurpose Hall in Quezon City.

Hosted by the DENR through the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB), the event featured interactive booths showcasing biotechnology applications in health, environment, agriculture, fisheries, medicine, and robotics.

Students also took part in various games and activities, including VR, Spin the Wheel, board games, and online games, while receiving incentives and freebies along the way.

Senior High School Science Department teachers accompanied the students and Education Program Supervisor for Science Dr. Armida S. Oblinada, and Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Violeta M. Gonzales, CESO VI, were also present at the event.

The day concluded with a quiz bee, giving students another opportunity to test their knowledge and learn more about biotechnology.
