From the archives to the present day, the story of the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴’𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 is written by the 𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 who answered the call to lead. We honor the history, celebrate the progress, and look forward to the future of the Scouting Unit. From March 21-22, 2026, the San Beda College Alabang Scouting Unit had visited and was housed by Calaca Academy Inc. for the 2026 Friendship Survival Camp.

This camping was filled with learning, teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie, as we allowed our minds to expand on different skills and experiences.

We were able to strengthen our bonds with others, and even made new connections, who helped us grow, have fun, and truly carry the values a Scout must have.
We would like to give our gratitude to the Calaca Academy Scouting Unit! Until we meet again.

This Women’s Month, we honor the legacy of Josefa Llanes Escoda — a true pioneer of leadership, courage, and service. 💚⚜️

As the founder of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, she dedicated her life to empowering young women, promoting education, and serving the nation with integrity and compassion. Her work helped shape generations of girls into confident leaders and responsible citizens.

Her bravery during World War II and her unwavering commitment to helping others remind us what true service means. Today, we continue to live by the values she stood for — leadership, kindness, and love for community.

May her story inspire every Scout to lead with courage and serve with purpose.

Niño, Bedan Catholic Social Action (Bedan CSA), HS Peer Facilitators' Circle - A (PFC A), and HS Senior Scouts come together for Create for Good—a collaborative fundraising booth inspired by creativity, connection, and service. Here, creativity is encouraged to defy gravity and take shape through meaningful creation.🧹

Pugay Kamay na!

Today, we honor and remember our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. On this day in 1896, he was martyred by Spanish colonial authorities—an act that ignited the Philippine Revolution. Through his literary works, Rizal awakened the nationalist spirit and inspired Filipinos to fight for freedom and reform.

In recognition of his life, ideals, and sacrifice for Philippine independence, this date was declared a national day of mourning by President Emilio Aguinaldo in 1898. 🇵🇭🖋️
