We invite everyone to take advantage of our Free Medical Services, open to the community.

Services Offered:
• Free Doctor’s Consultation
• Free Laboratory Tests:
- Glucose Test
- Cholesterol Test
- Vital Signs (BP, Heart Rate, Weight, Oxygen Level)
- Chest X-ray
- ECG
- Urinalysis
• Free Medicines (up to 30 tablets each)

Requirements:

For Adults:
• PhilHealth ID (Original and 1 Photocopy)
• PhilHealth Number and any valid ID (Original and Photocopy)

For Minors:
• Parent’s ID
• Birth Certificate (1 Photocopy)

How to Get a PhilHealth Number:

• PhilHealth MDR
• Download the eGov App and register

For the information of all homeowners, New Umali HOA Inc. has procured 20 units of 400-watt solar street lights from Raon, Manila as part of our initial infrastructure project. HOA officers have been conducting regular rounds in every street to accurately assess and determine the required number of street lights per area. These units were purchased directly from the supplier in Raon to ensure proper warranty coverage in the event of premature defects.

Please be informed that the current quantity is not yet sufficient to cover the entire subdivision. This limitation is due to the very minimal funds available to the Association. At present, only approximately 30% of the total homeowners of Umali are active members, and not all are able to consistently remit their monthly dues.

Despite these financial constraints, New Umali HOA Inc. remains committed to implementing additional projects in the coming months. We respectfully urge all homeowners to extend their cooperation and support for the continued improvement and safety of our community.
