The Graduation Ceremony and Donning of Ranks for Advance ROTC Cadets was successfully held on 24 May 2026 at the Laang Kawal Multipurpose Hall, HNCRRCDG, RESCOM, PA, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The event recognized the cadetsโ achievements, unwavering dedication, perseverance, and commitment as they completed their military training and leadership development program. The activity was organized by the National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group (NCRRCDG) under the leadership of ๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐.
Before the event start a carreer path and speakers are invited The first speaker, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ (๐๐) ๐๐, shared his professional journey in the Philippine Army and discussed opportunities for career advancement and leadership development. He encouraged the cadets to continue serving the nation through the Reserve Force and military service.
Meanwhile, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐
) ๐๐ delivered a discussion on military careers and the various opportunities within the armed forces, motivating the cadets to strive for excellence and commitment in service.
A dynamic seminar on Combat and Life Support was facilitated by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐
) ๐๐. His lecture focused on preparedness, resilience, and the responsibilities carried by soldiers in the line of duty.
In addition, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ shared her experiences from previous assignments and discussed the opportunities and procedures for women in the Philippine Army, inspiring female cadets to pursue leadership roles and military service.
Later in the afternoon, an Arrival Honor was rendered for the Guest of Honor and Speaker, ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐. The program formally opened with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by a prayer. Afterwards, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐, NCOIC of the Office of the Group Sergeant Major, led the invocation, while the welcome remarks were delivered by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ (๐๐๐
) ๐๐, Group Executive Officer.
The opening remarks were then presented by ๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐, who also introduced the speakers for the Advance ROTC Career Forum. In his message, he emphasized the value of leadership, discipline, patriotism, and dedication to service in both military and civilian life.
An inspiring AVP featuring the Class Synopsis of ARAPT MS 41/42 was presented, followed by the Class Impression delivered by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, President of the Council of Corps Commanders A.Y. 2025-2026.
Subsequently, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐) ๐๐, Operations Officer, formally presented the cadets for graduation. Following this, ๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐) ๐๐, Group Commander and Training Superintendent, officially declared the Advance ROTC Cadets as graduates.
One of the highlights of the event was the Giving of Certificates and Donning of Ranks Ceremony, symbolizing the cadetsโ hard work, perseverance, leadership, and readiness to take on greater responsibilities. During the ceremony, ๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐) ๐๐, OIC Group Adjutant and S1, formally read the Promotion Order.
In his inspirational message, ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ emphasized that the occasion marked not only the completion of the Advance ROTC Program but also the cadetsโ transition into leaders entrusted with greater responsibilities within the Reserve Force of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
He further highlighted that the newly earned rank of Sergeant represents leadership achieved through discipline, dedication, perseverance, and hard work. He reminded the graduates that a Sergeant serves as the backbone of leadership โ dependable, courageous, fair, and capable of leading others by example.
The Graduation Ceremony and Donning of Ranks served as a meaningful milestone for the newly promoted Advance ROTC Cadets as they continue their journey of leadership and service.
