On October 08, 2026, a fire struck the Este Honor, Alabang, leaving several families displaced and in need of immediate assistance.

In this difficult time, the SSLG is calling on our fellow learners and the whole community to come together and extend a helping hand.

Donations of clothes, hygiene kits, canned goods, water, blankets, and cash assistance are greatly appreciated and will help provide comfort and essential needs to the affected families.

We will accept donations starting Today , October 09, 2026 at 12:00NN to 4:00 PM.

"𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚"

Isinagawa ngayong ika-22 ng Septyembre 2026 ang Sexually Healthy and Personally Empowered Adolescents (SHAPE-A) Lecture para sa mga Grade 12 students ng Cupang Senior High School. Layunin ng talakayan na bigyan ang mga kabataan ng tama, makabuluhan, at responsableng kaalaman tungkol sa adolescent sexuality, responsible sexuality, at prevention of early pregnancy.

Higit pa sa mga impormasyong kanilang natutuhan, hinihikayat ang mga mag-aaral na maging responsableng tagapagbahagi ng kaalaman sa kanilang mga kaibigan at kapwa kabataan. Sa pamamagitan ng bukas na pag-uusap, maaari silang maging bahagi ng pagbuo ng mas informed, empowered, at health-conscious na kabataan. Sapagkat ang may tamang kaalaman ay hindi lamang natututo para sa sarili, maaari rin siyang maging boses ng kamalayan at katuwang sa pagprotekta at pagpapalakas ng kabataan.

Ang SHAPE-A ay nakapailalim sa mga programa ng Kalusugan, Karunungan, at Kaunlaran Agenda ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa sa pamumuno at gabay ni Mayor Ruffy Biazon.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible, especially to the Muntinlupa Population Development Office, and to every single one who showed up ready to learn and grow. Cheers to being healthy, safe, and informed adolescents!

Su***de Prevention Month is more than just a hashtag. It’s a reminder that behind every uniform, every grade, and every smile, there are real students with real struggles.

To the student who feels invisible: We see you.

Yoo-hoo! Ituon dito ang inyong mga sulyap!

Ngayon ay "National Heroes Day" o "Araw ng mga Bayani". At sa araw na ito ay Holiday, kaya naman WALANG PASOK ngayong araw!.. MALIIIII! wkwkwkwkwk

Pero higit pa sa walang pasok, mas malalim ang dahilan ng pagdiriwang na ito. Pinararangalan natin ang mga bayani ng kasaysayan na nag-alay ng buhay para sa ating kalayaan, kasama na rin ang mga manggagawang Pilipino na nagsisilbing modernong bayani ng ating panahon.

Ang pagiging bayani ay hindi lamang nakasulat sa mga aklat; makikita ito sa bawat manggagawang nagsasakripisyo, nagtatrabaho nang tapat, at nagpapatatag sa ating bansa sa kabila ng lahat ng hamon.

Bilang mga mag-aaral ng Cupang Senior High School, saludo kami sa inyong sipag, tiyaga, at dedikasyon para sa pamilya at bayan. Nawa’y maging inspirasyon kayo upang gumising at lumaganap ang tunay na kabayanihan sa bawat isa sa atin; sa kabataan, sa mag-aaral, at sa bawat Pilipino. Maligayang Araw ng mga Bayani!
