Life has different seasons. 🌱

Maybe you’re in a season of joy, waiting, growth, or even a season that feels difficult to understand.

This verse reminds us that every season has a purpose. Perhaps the Lord is using this season to teach you something, strengthen your faith, or draw you closer to Him. 💙

Remember, it is only a season—and seasons change. One day, you may look back and realize that what once felt so long and difficult has already passed.

So whatever season you are in right now, trust that God is working through it. Even when you cannot see what He is doing, He is still present, still faithful, and still guiding you. 📖✨

Rain or shine, the learning continues! 🌧️📖💙

Led by Ate Marl, we’re mentoring young hearts from our different sites who have a desire to become Sidewalk Teachers. And what makes it even more special? They keep coming to the Sidewalk office, eager and excited to learn more about what it means to be a Sidewalk Teacher! 🙌✨

Before teaching them how to teach the Bible to other children, we’re first helping them learn how to read, understand, and know the Bible for themselves. 📖

For some of them, this is their first time learning how to study the Bible, so it hasn’t always been easy. But their eagerness to learn and desire to keep growing continue to shine through. 💙

We’re excited to see these young hearts grow in their faith, knowledge, and love for God’s Word as they prepare to share it with others.

Please pray for them as they continue to learn, grow, and prepare to serve! 🙏💙

𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐚 “𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠.”

Madalas, ang nakikita lang natin ay mga batang naglalaro sa kalsada, maingay, o abala sa kanilang sariling mundo. Minsan, madali nating isipin na wala pa silang maiintindihan kapag ibinahagi sa kanila ang Salita ng Diyos.

Pero iba ang nakikita ng Diyos.

Nakikita Niya ang mga pusong handang matuto. Mga batang marunong ding manalangin, sumamba, at tumanggap ng Kanyang pag-ibig.

Hindi sila bata lang. Sila ay mga batang mahal ng Diyos.

Kaya sa Batang Sidewalk Ministries, pinupuntahan namin sila kung nasaan sila upang maibahagi sa kanila ang Salita ng Diyos. Naniniwala kami na ang bawat bata, anuman ang kanilang pinanggalingan o kalagayan, ay karapat-dapat makarinig ng Mabuting Balita at makilala si Jesus.

Kapag binigyan natin sila ng pagkakataon, makikita nating hindi lang sila nakikinig. Ang mga puso nila ay tumatanggap, natututo, at unti-unting lumalago sa pananampalataya.

Sometimes we become so focused on what we’re still praying for that we forget to thank God for all He has already done. Take a moment today to look back and remember His faithfulness. Every answered prayer, every unseen protection, and every new mercy is a reminder that His goodness has never failed—and it never will. 🤍

Isa sa mga paraan ng pagtuturo namin sa aming mga Sidewalk sites ay ang pagsasama sa aming mga estudyante sa pagganap at pagpapahayag ng mga kuwento mula sa Bibliya. Gaya ng makikita sa litratong ito, ipinapahayag ni Kuya Aaron ang kuwento nina Shadrach, Meshach, at Abednego kasama ang mga bata upang mas lalo nilang maunawaan ang Salita ng Diyos at maisabuhay ang mga aral nito.

Ipinapakita sa kuwento nina Shadrach, Meshach, at Abednego kung paano nila pinili na manatiling tapat sa Diyos sa kabila ng utos ni Haring Nebuchadnezzar na yumukod at sumamba sa gintong rebulto na kanyang ipinagawa. Sa halip na talikuran ang kanilang pananampalataya, pinili nilang sundin ang Panginoon kahit alam nilang maaari silang itapon sa naglalagablab na apoy. Sa kabila ng mabigat na pagsubok na kanilang hinarap, hindi Niya sila pinabayaan o hinayaang mapahamak. Sa halip, iniligtas Niya sila mula sa apoy kaya't wala silang tinamong sugat o kahit bahagyang galos.

Katulad nila, sa ating araw-araw na pamumuhay, hindi rin tayo iniiwan ng Diyos. Kahit nagkakamali at nagkakasala tayo, patuloy Niya tayong ginagabayan, iniingatan, at binibigyan ng pagkakataong magbago dahil sa Kanyang walang hanggang pagmamahal.

Mahal Niya tayo hindi lamang bilang Kanyang mga lingkod kundi bilang Kanyang mga anak. Kaya naman, nararapat lamang na paglingkuran, sundin, at purihin natin Siya nang buong puso sa lahat ng pagkakataon. Kapag inilalagay natin ang ating tiwala sa Panginoon at sinusunod ang Kanyang kalooban, Siya ang gagabay, mag-iingat, at magpapala sa ating buhay, anuman ang ating pagdaanan. 💙

There may be storms in our lives, but Psalm 91:1 reminds us that there is a safe place in every storm—God’s presence. While we cannot always control what happens around us, we can choose to remain close to the One who never changes.

Make it your daily habit to dwell in His presence through prayer, reading His Word, and trusting Him. As you stay close to the Lord, you’ll discover a peace and security that no circumstance can take away, because the safest place you can ever be is in the shadow of the Almighty.

We thank God for another opportunity to serve our community through a feeding program led by our Taguig Sidewalk team. By His grace, 55 children were served, and 130 cups of lugaw were shared with children and other members of the community.

Although our Taguig site has only recently reopened, we thank God for the dedication of our volunteer teachers who faithfully continue reaching these children each week. Please continue to pray for them, and if you would like to be part of this mission, we would love to serve alongside you.

Every Saturday, a simple mat is laid out on the sidewalk, and children gather to hear stories from the Bible. For a little while, that ordinary street corner becomes a place filled with songs, laughter, learning, and the hope found in Jesus.

Because sometimes, all it takes is an ordinary sidewalk for God to do something extraordinary. 🩵
