COMMITTEES
Technical and Scientific
Shall pro-actively provide updated technical and scientific information, trends, reviews on cosmetic products and regulations happening locally and other regions (ex. ASEAN, EU and US) for the benefit and interest of its members. Prepares official technical position of the organization for sharing to external stakeholders. Membership
Responsible for recruiting new members, who shall be responsive , committed and exemplify active participation to deliver CTFAP's vision and mission. Encourage individuals and companies who have an endearing passion to create a difference. Initiate programs for members to promote camaraderie , enhance commitment and participation. Special Projects
Responsible for building CTFAP's image and elevating the association 's imprint to different channels and partners. Sustain PR & mutually beneficial work environment between the industry and government. Ways and Means
Responsible for establishing and sustaining the association's financial capacity through successful implementations of fund-raising projects. Events
Responsible for organizing and timely ex*****on of CTFAP's yearly events/functions and general membership meetings. Corporate Social Responsibility
CTFAP is committed to social awareness and responsibility. The committee shall plan projects geared towards building and establishing community relations and environment protection. Membership is open to those engaged in the manufacture, sale, distribution, importation and/or exportation of cosmetic products, their raw ingredients, or packaging materials. CTFAP presents in FDA CCHUHSRR August 2026 Kapihan

𝘈𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘨, 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘭𝘶𝘱𝘢 - 𝘈𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝟤𝟩, 𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟨. The Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrance Association of the Philippines (CTFAP) actively participated in FDA's Kapihan at Talakayan with cosmetics industry stakeholders. The session provided valuable updates on licensing and cosmetic notification processes, ongoing efforts to address increasing application volumes, enhancements in post-market surveillance, and the agency’s commitment to digital transformation and process improvements.

The discussion also covered important policy and regulatory developments, including initiatives on low-risk product notification, risk-based regulatory approaches, regulatory sandbox discussions on refilling systems, and continued alignment with ASEAN cosmetic regulations.

CTFAP's engagements and collaborative participation in fora such as the Kapihan remains instrumental in fostering constructive dialogue between regulators and industry at large, ultimately supporting compliance, innovation, and consumer protection while strengthening the Philippine cosmetics sector.
