Technical and Scientific
Shall pro-actively provide updated technical and scientific information, trends, reviews on cosmetic products and regulations happening locally and other regions (ex. ASEAN, EU and US) for the benefit and interest of its members. Prepares official technical position of the organization for sharing to external stakeholders. Membership
Responsible for recruiting new members, who shall be responsive , committed and exemplify active participation to deliver CTFAP's vision and mission. Encourage individuals and companies who have an endearing passion to create a difference. Initiate programs for members to promote camaraderie , enhance commitment and participation. Special Projects
Responsible for building CTFAP's image and elevating the association 's imprint to different channels and partners. Sustain PR & mutually beneficial work environment between the industry and government. Ways and Means
Responsible for establishing and sustaining the association's financial capacity through successful implementations of fund-raising projects. Events

🤝 Collaboration in Action for Better Regulation!

The Cosmetics Toiletries Fragrances Association of the Philippines (CTFAP) paid a courtesy visit to the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on June 24, 2026 to strengthen public-private collaboration and reaffirm a shared vision of a more efficient, transparent, and future-ready regulatory landscape.

The dialogue centered on advancing smarter regulatory processes through structured decision-making, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement. Discussions also highlighted the importance of effectively managing market and regulatory data to support sound, evidence-based decisions and strengthen regulatory oversight. CTFAP likewise recognized the value of ARTA's PBRIS Portal as a vital platform for monitoring regulatory developments and advancing the country's ease-of-doing-business agenda.

Beyond exchanging ideas, both organizations explored opportunities to enhance coordination, improve data integrity and validation, strengthen communication across agencies and stakeholders, and translate discussions into concrete actions that create lasting value for regulators, industry, and consumers alike.

The visit concluded with the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the CTFAP Board of Trustees—a meaningful milestone that reflects the Board's renewed commitment to championing regulatory excellence, fostering collaboration, and driving positive change for the Philippine cosmetics industry.
