Muntinlupa Development Foundation (MDF) is a non-stock, non-profit organization founded in 1986 by Muntinlupa residents.

It was established to help uplift the social and economic conditions of the Muntinlupa communities by: Generating and mobilizing resources, Developing linkages and alliances with various sectors and organizations with similar purposes; and Supporting and undertaking programs that promote self-reliance and economic empowerment

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Melvin Montelibano, esteemed Member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of Muntinlupa Development Foundation (MDF).

Mr. Montelibano had been with the MDF for 39 years, serving with unwavering dedication and integrity. He also led the Foundation as President for two terms, from 2022 to 2024, leaving behind a legacy of strong leadership and commitment to the organization’s mission.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. His life of service, generosity, and devotion to MDF will always be remembered and cherished.
