To make up for last week’s missed activity, 𝗘𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗔𝗬, the Girl Scouts voluntarily cleaned around the campus. From picking up garbage and sweeping the floor, the girls showed how a scout can respect the living things around them.

As Girls that advocate for a 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗘𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧, the girls ensured to clean what they could and help maintain an eco-friendly atmosphere around our school. The girls serve to remind every MunScian to keep MunSci 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡. ♻️

Now’s the day to reflect on the activities the Girls’ have done for the past week. For GSP’s 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬 & 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗦𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗔𝗬, the girls took the day to rest and reflect on the role of loved ones and the emphasis on gratitude. 🌻

Today, the Girls recognize the family as a place where love begins and continues to guide them as they grow. As the Girls acknowledge this, they expressed their thankfulness for their family, the support they’ve been receiving, and the lessons they’ve learned from them.

𝑮𝑺𝑷 𝑾𝑬𝑬𝑲 𝑫𝑨𝒀 5: 𝑮𝒊𝒓𝒍 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃 💪🏻

Collaboration is the day’s main objective. For 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗗𝗔𝗬, GSP worked with our school Nurse, Nurse Analyn Mangussad, to have a seminar on 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗜𝗗. ⛑️

‎ــــہـ٨ــــــ 🫀 Through collaboration, Girl Scouts are reminded of the importance of working together, sharing knowledge, and developing skills as it builds a lasting community. From this seminar, knowledge and survival skills are received from one another, highlighting the power of collaboration in building strong communities and meaningful opportunities for Girl Scouts.

On September 22, 𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗔’𝗦 𝗗𝗔𝗬 took place and in order to make the day special, our Girl Scouts gave out cards with heartfelt messages. Let us take this moment to appreciate our GSP Troop Leaders as 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗚𝗜𝗥𝗟 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗧. 🫀

💌 To our Tita Grace, Tita Jecynet, and Tita Annie, thank you! Our journey in GSP would not be complete without your guidance, wisdom, and support for each scout—you are mentors, teachers, and second mothers of aspiring girls. May our titas remain blessed as they continue to inspire and empower Girl Scouts.

To start of GSP Week, MunSci GSP conducted a 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗭 𝗕𝗘𝗘 🐝 and a 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 🎨

The quiz bee on GSP and Escoda History brought together MunSci GSP’s in order to honor the role of GSP and reintroduce 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗳𝗮 𝗟𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗮 to the girls. From the first question to the last, the girls gave it their all and showed recognition and appreciation to the important part that GSP has played for our country.

✍️ Using their pencils and colors, the girls created posters that showed how Girl Scouts 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 and how they’re heard, seen, and counted.
