Today, we celebrate the day of our 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 '26 - '27, 𝙑𝙎. 𝘾𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙢 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙪, whose presence and leadership become part of the everyday scouting experience. ⚜🎉

Whether it’s calling for an 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙮, reminding everyone to pick up the pace with a “𝘿𝙊𝙐𝙐𝘽𝙇𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀𝙀!” 🐯🐯 or making sure things get done, she has always known how to keep the crew moving 🔥

But behind the commands and the reactions is a leader who always shows 𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 to the Scouts 𝙨𝙝𝙚 leads. 🫡 Her role as the 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 is more than just giving instructions; it’s about being a role model, taking ownership, and helping the outfit grow forward in their scouting journey. 👊

— Ang Pilipinas, taglay ang mayaman na kasaysayan at matalinghagang wika, ay ginugunita sa pagbibigay pugay sa mga bayaning inialay ang kanilang dugo't kalayaan upang magsilbing bukang liwayway sa daan para sa magandang kinabukasan. Mula sa tatlong taong naghimagsikan laban sa Kastila, sa pagrerebelde sa Hapon at Amerikano hangga't makamit ang tunay na kalayaan, libo-libong milyon pangalan ang kinikilala natin pagka't inihandog nila ang kanilang buhay sa pagsulong ng bagong Pilipinas sa mga susunod na henerasyon ng kabataan. Bagama't pinararangalan natin ang mga kilalang Pilipino na tumulong sa paghubog ng bansa, inaalala rin natin ang hindi mabilang na mga makabayan na hindi kilala ang mga pangalan ngunit ang kanilang mga sakripisyo ay nagpasulong sa layunin ng pagiging bansa at kalayaan mula sa mga dayuhang kapangyarihan. 📜⚖️

Ngunit, ang pagiging bayani at makabayan ay hindi lamang nababasa sa loob ng mga Araling Panlipunan na libro. Sapagkat ang mga bayani ay nakikita sa mga duktor at nars na nagpapahirap sa lahat ng oras, sa mga pulis na bakang araw nagtatanggol sa mahihina, sa mga g**o na tumutulong sa pagsulong ng bagong henerasyon, sa mga magulang na nagttrabaho para sa pamilya, at marami pang ibang halimbawa. Hindi ibig sabihin na tuwing mahihirap ang panahon lamang lumalabas ang mga bayani, sila ay nagpapakita sa lahat ng oras at sa lahat ng panahon. “𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙵𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚙𝚒𝚗𝚘 𝚒𝚜 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚑 𝚍𝚢𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚏𝚘𝚛.” — 𝙱𝚎𝚗𝚒𝚐𝚗𝚘 “𝙽𝚒𝚗𝚘𝚢” 𝙲𝚘𝚓𝚞𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚌𝚘 𝙰𝚚𝚞𝚒𝚗𝚘 𝙹𝚛.

Today, we honor Benigno Simeon “Ninoy” Cojuangco Aquino Jr., known to many simply as 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼—a Filipino senator, journalist, and one of the most prominent figures in the struggle for democracy. 🗣️🇵🇭

Ninoy’s life was marked by courage, conviction, and a deep belief in the Filipino people. Despite knowing the dangers that awaited him, he chose to return to his homeland because he believed that the Philippines deserved better.

His story is not merely one of sacrifice. 🕊️ It is a reminder of what it means to stand firmly for truth and freedom, even when the path ahead is uncertain. ⚖️🗣️

𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗙'𝗦 𝗞𝗜𝗦𝗦 || 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦 𝗕𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 📸

On July 30, 2026, from 4:00 PM — 7:00 PM, 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒍𝒖𝒑𝒂 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 achieved a sizzling success in hosting the event "𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒕 𝑩𝒂𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 2026." Bringing the theme of nutrition and healthy eating, Senior Scouts showcased their unique knowledge and skills in cooking using healthy ingredients to make delicious meals. The cooking showdown formally started with preliminaries led by the chosen Scouts.

Opening remarks were delivered by 𝑺.𝑳 𝑨𝒅𝒐𝒓 𝑩. 𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒓𝒖𝒃𝒊𝒏, 𝑾𝑩𝑯, 𝑨𝑳𝑻, 𝑬𝒅𝑫., highlighting that this activity will bolster their knowledge in cooking while helping their advancement in their scouting journey. He also emphasized that this event will improve their preparedness during camp cooking activities.

Not long after, the competition was formally signaled. In 1 hour, participants prepared healthy Filipino meals using ingredients they brought from home, cooking over a fire they built themselves. After the allotted time ended, crews showcased their creations in colorful presentations for the judges to evaluate.

After formal judging by 𝑺.𝑳. 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒐 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒐, 𝑾𝑩𝑯, 𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒅, and 𝑺𝒊𝒓 𝑱𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝑳𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑭. 𝑫𝒆 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔, the standout culinary masters were recognized:

🥈 2ND RUNNER UP: CREW PATATAS

Afterwards, crews were allowed to taste each other's presentations, bolstering the spirit of brotherhood in MunSci. The program formally ended with a Scout Benediction Sign led by 𝑺.𝑳 𝑲𝒚𝒍𝒆 𝑱𝒆𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒆 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒘. To wrap up the activity, crews were instructed to practice CLAYGO and clean their respective workspaces.

Your 11 years of unquestionable fiery passion and resolute commitment into embodying the ideals of the Scouting movement is something not to be underestimated against.
