🎉 Finally, the wait is over! 🎉

We’re happy to share some long-awaited good news — Roxas Farm Assessment and Learning Center Inc -RFAALC.Inc has officially passed and is now recognized as a TESDA Assessment Center for the following National Certifications:

✅ Agricultural Production NC II
✅ Agricultural Entrepreneurship (AgriEntrep) NC II
✅ Bookkeeping NC III

After months of preparation and compliance, this milestone allows us to bring TESDA assessments closer to our community. Farmers, trainees, and aspiring agri-entrepreneurs can now complete their assessments and earn their certifications right here at RFAALC.Inc.

We sincerely thank TESDA and everyone who supported and trusted us throughout this process. We look forward to serving the community and helping more individuals take the next step in their skills and livelihood journey.

ATM | Visit of the New ATI–Region III Director at Roxas Farm Assessment and Learning Center, Inc

RFAALC's founder, Aurea Roxas was happy to welcome Dr. Emmanuel L. Orogo, the new Regional Director of the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), during a visit focused on getting to know the farm, the people behind it, and the community it serves.

The visit was a great chance to talk about everyday farming experiences, share ideas on sustainable practices, and discuss how ATI and local farms can work together to better support farmers in the province. A walk around the farm allowed for open conversations on training opportunities, practical innovations, and community-based programs that can help farmers improve their livelihoods.

We appreciate the time and insights shared during the visit and look forward to more meaningful partnerships that put farmers and communities at the center of agricultural development in Nueva Ecija.

Are you passionate about farming or interested in growing your own crops the right way?
Take the first step towards becoming a certified agri-crops producer!

📌 What You’ll Learn:
✅ Crop establishment
✅ Crop care and maintenance
✅ Harvesting and post-harvest handling
✅ Pest and nutrient management
✅ Basic agri-enterprise skills

✅ ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
• Physically and mentally fit
• With good moral character
• Can communicate (oral & written)

📁 CREDENTIALS TO PREPARE:
1. Form 137 or Official Transcript of Records (OTR)
2. Barangay Clearance
3. Two (2) copies of 1x1 and passport-size picture
