Being in "Good Standing" generally means a member has paid all national and local dues, has no pending disciplinary cases, and complies with the constitution and by-laws.
Key Privileges of Good Standing
• Right to Vote and Be Voted For: Only MIGS can participate in elections. Whether at the club level, region, or national assembly, you must be in good standing to cast a ballot or run for any leadership position (e.g., Club President, Regional Governor, or National Officer).
• Access to Mutual Aid Benefits: One of the cornerstones of the Philippine Eagles is the Alalayang Agila (Mutual Aid) program. Members in good standing are eligible for financial assistance, death benefits, and other welfare support provided by the national administration.
• Participation in Official Functions: You are entitled to attend and voice your opinions during General Membership Meetings, Regional Assemblies, and National Congresses.
• Awards and Recognition: Eligibility for prestigious Eagle awards, citations, and service recognitions is strictly reserved for those who have maintained a consistent record of good standing.
• Institutional Representation: Only MIGS can officially represent their club or the organization in external civic activities, government partnerships, or international solidarity missions.
• Use of Official Insignia: While all members wear the "Agila" with pride, the privilege to display certain rank-specific patches or titles is contingent upon being an active, compliant member.

HEARING MISSION 2025: FITTING AND DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE
Theme: Restoring the Sound of Life: A Gift of Hearing
ATTENTION: To all qualified beneficiaries who passed the initial hearing screening.
We are pleased to announce that the Fitting and Distribution of Hearing Aids ( 50 pcs hearing aids amounting to Php 5M) is officially scheduled! This event is made possible by The Gift of Hearing Foundation in cooperation with the LGU of Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija Kamandag Elite Eagles Club – Central Luzon Region 31, and our international partners.
📅 DATE: December 16 & 17, 2025
📍 VENUE: Tourism Office/Building, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija
IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR BENEFICIARIES:
1. Attendance is Mandatory: Please arrive on your scheduled time to ensure your hearing aid is custom fitted correctly.
2. What to Bring: Please bring your valid ID and your screening claim stub/results.
3. Companions: Elderly patients or children should be accompanied by a guardian or family member to learn how to care for the device.

TESTAMENT OF ENDURING SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION
This Testament serves as a formal recognition of the unwavering humanitarian dedication displayed by Central Luzon Region 31 of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc., under the compassionate leadership of Eagle Armando E. Miranda, Ph. D as the Regional Governor of the region and its officers and members.
We proudly acknowledge the Nueva Ecija Kamandag Elite Lady Eagles Club under the leadrship of their club president, Lady Eagle Edna A. Miranda, the leading club in this noble initiative, for their sustained generosity in Barangay Calabalabaan. Since March 2023, this body has remained steadfast in its promise to support the educational journey of 40 scholars, ranging from Elementary pupils to college students.
This program, initiated in partnership with the esteemed Barangay Chairman Bienvenido Pascual, goes beyond mere financial assistance; it is a lifeline that empowers the youth to pursue their dreams without the heavy burden of financial constraint. The consistent provision of a monthly allowance is a tangible manifestation of the Eagles' principle of "Service Through Strong Brotherhood."
Let this testament stand as proof that in Barangay Calabalabaan, the spirit of the Eagle soars high—nurturing minds, building futures, and serving the community with honor and benevolence.
