o Transparency – There will always be check and balance in every decision we make.

• Data System – There should only be one data system for our organization that only a legitimate member can access.

• Unification – to promote trust and confidence among all our brothers and establishes a culture of peace within us. So that we can call everyone as KUYA

• Scammer “Agila” – we will use the full force of the Law and will help our brothers who have been betrayed. We will use our fellow Kuya's help to pursue those responsible for their wrongdoings and actions.

• Respect to Elders – Learn from people who have to walk the path before us. Respect our Elders and think that someday we could also be like them.

• Quarterly Report – Audited Report should be the basis for our report to avoid misconception and build trust among everyone.

Because I am a KUYA I will make these things possible and with the help of every Kuya….
