The formation stands with its principle foundation, to create and develop student leaders that will amplify the voices of the whole community. More so, be the bastion of trust and camaraderie in the whole University. To a new beginning, to

a new step towards revolution, a brighter nation, with the true leaders serving utmost pride and excellence to the University. Let us heed the call of the students, let us stand together for our rights as a student, and as a Filipino. Let us be the new generation that fights unjust, let us be progressives. Let us not settle for the bare minimum, you deserve the best, we deserve the best! To preserve, and uphold the general interest of learners, our future leaders!
