Last night’s MHCC Reconnect was truly a fruitful one 🤍

It’s inspiring to see how we are slowly but surely rebuilding the kind of community we’ve always desired, one that is united, purposeful, and on fire for the mission. Seeing familiar faces from different regions and provinces come together again reminded me that the passion we once had never really left… it was just waiting to be reignited.

Grateful for the conversations, the shared vision, and the renewed fire in each of us. This is just the beginning...

Hello Higala! Lent’s here – a time to hit the 'reset button' on our hearts. We all mess up sometimes, say things we regret, or make choices that don’t line up with who we want to be.

Think of it this way: just like we update our phones to fix glitches, Confession helps clear out the 'spiritual clutter' so we can be closer to God and more like ourselves.

Extended confession times are happening this Lent – bring a friend if that helps! God’s not waiting to scold you… He’s waiting to wrap you in mercy and help you step into Easter feeling fresh and ready for anything.

CCC 1422 states: "Those who approach the sacrament of penance obtain pardon from God's mercy for the offense committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labors for their conversion".

Last February 16, 2026, the Grade 12 students of Molugan National High School gathered for a meaningful and heartfelt recollection — a day to pause, reflect, and reconnect. 💛

Today we mark the Baptism of the Lord Jesus — as the Christmas Season draws to a close, it’s not an end… but a beautiful new beginning!

Remembering Our Baptism. Celebrating It. Living It.

Baptism IS A GIFT — a precious blessing we carry always! Do you know when is your baptism day??? MHCC friends, take a moment to check and reflect on this amazing grace given to you!

We turn to Mary, our Mother and Help of All Christians, asking her to strengthen us in keeping our baptismal vows and to fire our hearts with zeal as children of Light, carrying out the mission entrusted to us!

YOUTH MINISTRY AWARENESS WEEK

9–15 December: CBCP’s week to encourage young people to engage in the Church in their own way. For Mary Help of Christians Crusade—mula noon hanggang ngayon—SCG's, Auxiliaries, Animators, young adults & adults, mula noon hanggang ngayon serve in MHCC, schools, communities and parishes, leading us how to bloom wherever we are planted.

Together we grow in youthful spirit and holiness of life—fully alive

Today, we ignited hearts and minds at the Animators on Fire Values Formation Seminar! With overflowing gratitude to God for guiding us toward spiritual fulfillment, we embraced the transformative message of ‘Purpose Over Burnout: Reconnecting to Core Values in Education’.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible resource speaker, Ma’am Mary Joy Enriquez (all the way from NCR!), for reigniting our passion with wisdom, authenticity, and a powerful reminder that our why fuels our resilience.

Together, we recommit to nurturing souls, fostering purpose, and letting our core values light the way in every classroom and beyond.
